They were always on the ball ( miss you BETH ### 2/5 — App worked great until it stopped *2023-11-06* Needs attention! Complete history is now gone and I used the app for refills since it was convenient. Was a great app until it stopped working! ### 3/5 — Creating a new account *2020-12-04* The app will not allow you to create a new account because the DOB field is broken. The thing to do, is go to the Parkesy Drugs website and create an account there. Then look at your email. You’ll get a validation link that will take you back to the website. Then you can choose a user name and password. Once that is done, you can use that same user name and password on the iOS app. But you cannot create a new account on the app - it’s not functional.
