I am disappointed with my experience using Parkway Wallet. I encountered a dispense error during a transaction, but despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved or corrected. The delay and lack of a proper solution have been frustrating, especially since the failed transaction affected my funds.

I expected quicker communication and a more efficient resolution process. I hope Parkway Wallet improves its customer support and dispute resolution system so that users facing dispense errors receive timely assistance and their issues are handled professionally.

The app navigation is so seamless and transfers are so fast! I have always been skeptical about using fintech apps but this app is a game changer! My favorite feature at the moment is the bills payment and the virtual card. You guys are the best!
