No responses *2025-09-14, version 1.10.1* We used parky in Lauderdale by the Sea and paid at the time. Now another company is sending us a $95.00 ticket claiming we did not pay for our parking. Vanguard said I need proof of payment from Parky but they refuse to respond to my multiple emails and of course there is no number to call and actually speak with someone. The only thing that worked was paying. Then you cant find your remaining time, or find your parking session with your phone. We are always looking to improve our app. ### 1/5 — Horrible Experience!! DO NOT GET THIS APP *2025-03-10* The timer on the parking we bought was wrong most of the time. Also, we had to reach out to customer service after being mailed a bill. We had proof of parking, just with the wrong license plate since it had recently expired. After sending vehicle registration proving it was the same vehicle with a different plate, we were still forced to pay the mailed notice which was 4 times the amount we originally paid to park. This app is being immediately deleted and we will avoid using Parky at all costs. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear about your experience, our goal is to make your parking experience as easy as possible. Typically our timer is accurate, but sometimes the internet and connectivity issues at the property can cause the app to operate less efficient. When it comes to the the ticket you received, Parky is not involved with the ticketing and enforcement of the property. We just handle the payments and have nothing to do with sending tickets. If you can re-consider your review and perhaps change it this would be helpful. We always look for ways to improve the user- experience. Said I had still I over an hour and the time was expired. **Developer response:** Good afternoon, Sorry to hear about your negative experience. Typically our timer works like a charm. It could be that you never refreshed the page. Parky cannot find designated spots. Hence, could not book any spaces as they did not appear on the app. ### 1/5 — Password reset *2026-05-22, version 1.2.3* App will not allow me to reset password ### 1/5 — Deception *2026-04-21* It is one of the worst meter parking ever two hours two dollars and they’ll charge you an extra fee of $ 45 Cents i’ll stick with the quarter system ### 1/5 — What a scam *2026-03-27* If I could give 0 stars I would. This app does not work and because of it I am being charged up to $125 by the lot I parked in because it took 35 minutes for my payment to go through. I’ve tried Apple Pay and typing in my credit card. Just does take my money. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Worse the useless *2026-01-28* This app is the worst app on my phone, but I need it because it’s used at the street parking near my workplace. The app regularly doesn’t work and, even when it does, it lacks basic functionality like telling you what time parking for X hours gets you to. Horrible app. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-01-14, version 1.2.0* I am forced to use this app because they changed the service on the meter in my town. It doesn’t log-in with face id, I wrote details for one of our car and now it’s too long I can’t select that car for parking, I had to login from my computer to delete and add the vehicle again… If I was on the streets I would have given up and choose the ticket, it’s so complicated!! This is my first experience after just a few minutes of use, I’m not excited about this at all especially reading the other review. Not user friendly at all. I LOVED and I MISS Park mobile!! ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2025-10-31* They charged my card, app froze and never confirm parking. Nowhere to be found in the history of the app, and there is no customer service number either. Had to move my car to a different parking and pay twice. ### 1/5 — Wicked expensive *2025-10-28* Went you use it in Fort Lauderdale and they are charging $10 per hour in an alley way. **Developer response:** Thanks for the review but we do not set the prices, the owner of the property does.
