## What is Parley?

Walk into a difficult conversation knowing exactly what to say.

Whether you're giving employee feedback, resolving workplace conflict, asking your boss for a raise, preparing for a salary negotiation, setting a boundary, or handling a tough relationship talk, Parley turns the situation into a personalized conversation plan.

GET YOUR WORDS BEFORE THE MOMENT

Describe what's going on — type it or just talk. Parley creates a Brief designed around your real situation, including:

• A clear opening line you can actually say
• The other person's likely perspective
• The pushback you may hear and ways to respond
• Talking points and traps to avoid
• A Pocket Card for a quick glance before the conversation

HOW IT WORKS

• Describe the conversation by typing or speaking
• Answer a few clarifying questions when more context would help
• Get a free preview that shows how Parley understands the situation
• Unlock the full Brief with Parley Pro
• Save your Pocket Card and schedule the conversation
• Log a short debrief afterward so your Patterns become more useful over time

BUILT FOR REAL-LIFE COMMUNICATION

Parley is useful for new manager and leadership moments, difficult employee feedback, workplace disagreements, deadline pushback, salary and promotion conversations, negotiation, family tension, relationship boundaries, roommate issues, and other high-stakes conversations where the right words matter.

WHAT PARLEY IS NOT

Parley is a preparation tool, not therapy, legal advice, or HR representation. It helps you prepare for hard but ordinary conversations; it does not make decisions for you or replace a qualified professional. If you describe abuse, coercion, self-harm, or danger, Parley stops the normal coaching flow and points you toward real help instead of conversation strategy.

PRIVACY, PLAINLY

Your situations, People, Briefs, debriefs, and Patterns are stored on your device. There is no Parley account and no login. To generate a result, the relevant text — and voice audio when you use voice intake — is sent securely to an AI provider. Delete Everything in Settings wipes Parley's local app data at any time.

PARLEY PRO

Parley includes a free preview during onboarding. An active Parley Pro subscription is required to unlock full Briefs and continue generating them. Weekly, monthly, and annual options are available, with the price shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Restore purchases anytime from Parley Settings.

Parley is the focused preparation that turns “I don't know what to say” into “I know how to start.”
