نشریه کانادایی پرنیان به دو زبان انگلیسی و فارسی در قطع استاندارد مجلات کانادایی، با گرافیک کاملا حرفه‌ای، بر روی کاغذ و به صورت دیجیتال منتشر می شود و بیش از ۹۵ درصد جامعه ایرانیان کانادا را که در برآوردهای رسمی، حدود ۲۵۰ هزار نفر می‌شوند پوشش می‌دهد. هم‌چنین حدود ۱۰۰ هزار فارسی‌زبان غیرایرانی در کانادا زندگی می‌کنند که مخاطبان بالقوه پرنیان هستند.

در واقع، این نشریه تمامی جامعه بزرگ‌ فارسی‌زبانان (شامل ایرانیان، افغان‌ها و تاجیک‌ها) کانادا را مخاطب خود قرار داده و ضمن انعکاس مسایل این جامعه و جامعه مادر، کانادا، مخاطب ویژه خود را تازه‌واردان به کانادا و مهاجرانی که در مرحله آشنایی با ابعاد مختلف فرهنگی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی جامعه جدید قرار دارند می‌داند.

تمرکز موضوعی این نشریه بر روی بازار کار، تحصیل، موضوعات اقتصادی و مالی، سلامت و بهداشت و بحث‌های هنری و سرگرمی و در مجموع، طیف گسترده‌ای از موضوعات مورد علاقه و توجه مهاجران است. این مطالب توسط تیم بزرگی از نویسندگان حرفه‌ای تهیه می‌شود و تمامی نوشته‌ها، مصاحبه‌ها و گزارش‌های نشریه، تولیدی است و شرکت کنپارس رایت آنها را در اختیار دارد.
