## What is Parnon?

Film a drill with your phone. Parnon analyzes the video on the device and turns it into a number: how high you jumped, how fast you ran, how many shots you made. The result goes on your profile with the date attached, so a month of work becomes something you can actually see.

VERIFIED DRILLS
Combine
- Vertical Jump: jump height in inches
- 10m Dash: sprint acceleration, timed to the hundredth
- 5-10-5 Shuttle: change-of-direction speed on the pro-agility shuttle

Basketball
- Free Throws: your percentage from the line
- Shootaround: makes, misses, and your 3-point split
- Freestyle: dribble count

Football
- Juggles: keep-ups counted in a row

MEASURED ON YOUR PHONE
Drill video is analyzed on the device. It is not uploaded to be measured, and it is discarded unless you choose to keep the clip.

MANUAL LOGGING
Camera-verified results and things you type in yourself are kept separate:
- Games: log your stat line per game
- Sleep: last night's sleep and naps
- Soreness and injuries: track your injuries from the first day to full return, with rehab sessions along the way
- Body measurements: height and weight over time

APPLE HEALTH STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Connect Apple Health and Parnon shows what your watch measured beside the sleep and activity you log yourself. That data is read on the device and is never sent to our servers. Connecting is optional

BUILT FOR ATHLETES 13 AND UP
Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent during sign-up. Parents can read what the app records, what leaves the phone, and how to delete all of it at parnon.app/for-parents.html.

Parnon measures athletic performance for training purposes. It is not medical advice, and measurements taken from video are estimates.
