ESCALATION POLICIES
Build and edit full escalation paths from your phone. Escalate to a
level, a specific person, or an entirely different team.

ON-CALL RULES
Reorder priority, mute a noisy rule, or delete one the moment it
misfires.

Services, upgraded:

• Schedule maintenance windows for a service, then edit or cancel them
• Review a service's full maintenance history
• Send a test call or SMS, resolve all alerts, disable or delete a service — each with a confirmation step
• Select several services, or all at once, to schedule or switch maintenance together
• A cleaner, more compact service list

Fixed: maintenance mode could appear switched on for services that only had past scheduled windows.

Sign in faster with Single Sign-On!

You can now log in to Parny with just one tap:

• Continue with Google — use your Google Workspace account
• Continue with Microsoft — use your Microsoft / Azure AD account

No more typing passwords — sign in securely with the account your team
already uses. We've also made the sign-in flow smoother and more reliable,
so you're taken straight back into the app once you're authenticated.
