## What is Parrot?

Parrot gives you private AI personas for the moments when a useful second voice helps: writing a hard text, shaping a plan, preparing a boundary, sorting a decision, or getting specialist help without starting from a blank page.

Choose a persona and get practical help with a clear point of view. Riley can clean up a difficult text. Nova can help with a career move. Sage can prepare a fair boundary. Mira can slow down a decision. You can browse a larger persona directory, create a specialist of your own, and keep each conversation organized without turning everything into one generic assistant.

What you can do with Parrot:
- Get help from distinct AI personas for texting, work, reflection, planning, writing, study, travel, fitness, and more.
- Create custom experts with a role, domain, audience, responsibilities, and preferred output style.
- Use suggested replies that move the conversation forward instead of repeating what you already said.
- Save useful local memory about your preferences, goals, relationships, and constraints.
- Search chats, delete threads, clear conversations, and export or delete saved memories.
- Customize conversations with readable backgrounds.
- Unlock Parrot Pro for premium personas, more custom personas, and longer retained memory.

Parrot is built for iOS 26 and Apple's Foundation Models. It uses on-device intelligence where available for conversation, titles, summaries, suggested replies, memories, and custom persona greetings. If Apple Intelligence is unavailable, Parrot explains what is missing instead of pretending the model is ready.

Privacy is part of the product shape. Your chats, personas, memories, and settings are stored locally on your device. Optional feedback is only sent when you choose to submit it, and contact email is only included if you allow a reply.

Parrot is not trying to be every chatbot. It is a calm, personal workspace for the moments when you want a better draft, a clearer plan, or a more useful way to think through the next step.
