Question Need to be specific to get the answer but work . Example what is sfp+ ; will result not understanding ; but what is sfp+ network give very basic generic answer. There are much better and more reliable solutions. ### 3/5 — App Broken *2024-06-04* After accessing free Lifetime subscription, app freezes. Kill app, go back in and am faced with subscription choices again. Choose Lifetime option again and app freezes. Rinse, repeat, same results. Update: The developer has reached out to me with a valid explanation as to the unexpected issues that were beyond their control. They are diligently working to resolve the problem, so I’m updating my rating to neutral (3 stars) until I have the opportunity to experience all the features in the app. I look forward to being able to raise my rating. **Developer response:** Hi stymeist We apologize for the issues you experienced last month due to the high server load from our promotion. At present, the app is nonfunctional, and the brand is tarnishing more and more each day. ### 1/5 — Worst App - Keeps trying to charge my CC *2024-06-03, version 1.2* This is one of the worst app out there. I tried to download and use it. It had a free LTD deal. Instead it tried charging me for the subscription. The LTD was free. Luckily my card was locked and the transaction didn't go through. It still shows as "pending" in my purchases. I tried to send feedback through the app today, but received another error and it was not sent.
