J’ai commencé à utiliser l’appli et je suis très contente de mes emprunt et prêt à date. Ça va d’une paire de souliers chic à un coffre de toit pour voiture ! Il ne faut pas hésiter à écrire nos besoins et ont peu emprunter pour le peu de temps qu’on utilise l’objet au lieu d’acheter et d’accumuler

J’utilise Club partage depuis le printemps 2025 et c’est une très belle expérience. J’ai découvert l’app grâce à Desjardins qui en faisait la promotion. Les gens sont sympa et respectueux. J’ai même eu un bris accidentel d’un de mes objets et l’équipe m’a remboursé en quelques jours l’équivalent de la valeur, très facilement. Je le recommande!

Really buggy, can’t see how to make sure I’m not going to auto renew at a cost.  

Subscription / trials doesn’t appear in my Apple subscriptions either.

Feels like a cash grab / scam the way it’s designed.  I deleted my account and figured that’s the only way I feel somewhat reassured I won’t be auto-billed.  

Avoid avoid avoid.

No payment could ever have been taken since no banking information was requested or entered in your case. Without payment details, it is technically impossible for Partage Club to charge an account, and when the trial ends, the app simply continues in free mode for lending only.

Regarding the fact that nothing appears in Apple Subscriptions, this is completely normal. Partage Club does not use Apple’s subscription system, which means no subscription will ever show there. The only place where you can check the status of your trial or subscription is directly in the app, under: Profile → Manage my subscription.

Your feedback is valuable, and we understand that some parts of the trial experience may feel unclear. Improvements are already underway to make everything more transparent and easier to navigate. Our customer support is also available at any time to assist users and answer questions.
