## What is Parting Portal?

Your funeral home's phone. Wherever your day takes you.

Parting Portal brings business calling, messages, voicemail, and fax to your iPhone and iPad. Built for funeral professionals, it helps you stay connected across locations, from the front desk to after-hours coverage.

STAY INVOLVED IN IMPORTANT CALLS
Monitor calls live, listen before joining, barge in to help, or take over when a caller needs you.

TAKE YOUR LOCATION'S PHONE WITH YOU
Place and receive calls through your Parting Portal phone system. Choose your outbound location, review call history and voicemail, and manage which locations ring to your device.

KEEP COMMUNICATIONS TOGETHER
Handle customer SMS/MMS and staff messages alongside your business calls. Send and receive faxes, view fax activity, and use your camera to scan documents for faxing.

CONTROL YOUR AVAILABILITY
Turn incoming calls on or off for your locations and manage forwarding to your answering service.

Parting Portal requires an existing account and enabled services. An internet connection is required. Feature availability depends on your service configuration and your assigned permissions.

Built by the funeral industry, for the funeral industry.
