They were so patient , kind and knowledgeable. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2019-11-04, version 4.25.144* It’s really irritating to be told every time I try to do a remote deposit that the currently selected member doesn’t have the privilege, especially when it’s meaningless and all my accounts DO have that feature. Also, please remove that ridiculous pop-up ad at the bottom of the screen. It comes back every time I do anything, gets in the way of things, and half the time doesn’t load so it’s just a giant white area in front of everything. ### 5/5 — PCCU tops for banking *2019-01-08, version 4.2.254* Never have an issue with the last two years versions. Things mentioned before, like remote deposit photos have been long resolved. Instant access to all accounts, transfers, loan applications and inquiries. Which is SUPER frustrating since I also can rarely pay it through the WEBSITE either. I’ve had to ask for assistance to get to the payment page multiple times, which keeps changing. ### 1/5 — Love Partner, Hate new updates *2025-11-12, version 5.13.98* I would PAY MONEY to go back the look and ease of use of the old app. Ever since this most recent update I literally HATE and LOATHE using this new updated app. It’s more confusing, literally EVERYTHING is now more steps and its layout seems conceptualized by a toddler. Please don’t leave it like this. Update for 2025: they did leave the app like that. And on top of that they cancelled my Secure Card and gave Visa the Ability to charge interest and made it a real credit card, which is the exact opposite of why I opened that account and card in the first place ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-01-03, version 5.10.104* Unable to log in with the new update. I have been trying to navigate your website for over a week to make my payment. My bank account is supposedly linked, but there is no option to make the payment! My payment is now late. I have left messages and no one calls back. I work full time and cannot stop by a branch office. So I login go to settings touch face ID, gives me the caution information I look at the Phone. It says congratulations successful and then the face ID button shut off automatically. The face ID function never works at any given time please ask the developer to check this issue. I am using an iPhone. iPhone 13 promax. He is not only helpful when it comes to our business needs but will go out of his way to address a concern same day.
