Forces you to give credit card details up front and is now demanding you fill in invasive details before your appointment. Will now be booking my appointments directly by phone. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2024-03-26, version 5.0008.0* Used to be a good app, I could book an appointment without having to ring my practice and spend at least 10 minutes on hold. Now I can’t book an appointment without giving it my credit card information. It doesn’t take into consideration that not everyone has a credit card. Besides, why does this app need such information? It already has so much of my personal information and now it needs more just to book an appointment. I would rather spend the time on hold. Was not allowed to see doctor. Two days of patience with UTI pain wasted. Not happy. Won’t be using this app again. ### 3/5 — Too long to get an appointment *2021-07-27, version 2.306.0* Once upon a time I could make an appointment for a day or few days after, at least in the same week, but all of a sudden there’s new doctors and ever since, it’s near impossible to see my dr that same week, 4-5 days max, I now have to wait up to 2 weeks and more! Why?? I’ve gone in to see the podiatrist which the appointments are booked for the year, paid by NDIS, and I see maybe 2-3 people in the centre..I see the doctors doors open (some) with no patients, including my own, and other times getting blood tests, nobody there, so why I have to wait up to 10 days is beyond me. The reception staff are no help and it’s hard to get past them when all I need is a repeat script - 2min max, and there’s times I’ve been past reception and sat outside his door so he sees me, and I just ask if he’s got time to see me for a few mins or to get that script, and it’s done. I’ve recently had an ulcer on my leg that was infected with 3 bacteria’s and 3 different antibiotics, and have to see the nurses for a dressing change, and more than a few times receptionist says no, I need an appointment, so I wait while my ulcer was getting bigger and worse and stunk while waiting over a week and the doctor and nurses said every 2 days, but told them I can’t get past reception and have to wait up to 10 days, so the doctor was annoyed and went and told receptionist I come in every 2 days, which fixed that, but why so long? When I just need a repeat script, and have to wait so long, I can’t just suddenly stop taking a few of my medicines, so I call them and plead telling them I need it as I can’t just stop them..she told me “maybe another medical centre”!!! I call around and can’t see anyone for 2-3 days which was good, but I had to go without my medications for 5 days so I just walked past reception and sat outside doctors door and within 10mins I’m in seeing my doctor for 1min as he just prints the script. It’s a hard decision to stay as I like my doctor, or leave and find somewhere else that I can get in that same week. I think next time I need a dressing change (I get ulcers regularly) and reception say no, that will be when I leave. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t show my doctor *2018-04-13, version 1.6.10* This would be a great app if it showed the doctor I wish to see. Pretty useless otherwise. ### 4/5 — A good app But… *2025-04-24, version 5.0027.0* A good app but it needs more work to make it a great one. One major fault is the insistence of a credit card. There are many of us that prefer to pay for the doctor appointments with cash. I don’t know what you are going to do with my credit card information, maybe nothing but hacking is a big problem for information about people. Another problem is that the app can show that I have already seen the doctor whilst I am still in the waiting room waiting for my appointment. ### 4/5 — So convenient! *2019-08-15, version 2.47.0* Ideal for seeing available appointments, then making, changing and being reminded. I can book our usual GP and find out their availability. One thing I would suggest is to allow multiple bookings. My son and I are both unwell and tried to book an appointment but did not allow me to do so. ### 4/5 — 4G *2019-04-26, version 2.47.0* The app works fine with my home wifi but it does not work with the 4G network. The message is something like ‘It appears you are not connected ‘.
