I’ve used this app for 8 years, and normally I don’t mind it. But every time I go to use it, it gets slower and slower. It hardly ever wants to log me in. I don’t like the way the credit card payment works now. I like the simplicity of it, but I just wish it worked more smoothly.

It has been over a week since I have had access to my banking information. I have been with this bank for many years and all my automated payments are linked to the account. Making online deposit’s are annoying and always have to be redone. Delete and reinstall is a hassle that I’d love not to be bothered with.

It’s a hit or miss if I’ll get an important notification about potentially fraudulent transactions, or any transactions at all.
But they’re sure easy to send me 60+ weekly emails about holiday availability and other useless promotions
They’re always sticking me with random penalties for things I’ve tried to opt out from, or charges for things I’ve never gotten notified for, plus it’s a pain trying to use the app to see what’s going on
