It would be great if I could see a running balance with each debit/credit on my checking account. Also, I’d like to see more detail on my mortgage…like a running amortization schedule. I hate that it’s gone now. ### 2/5 — Don’t change what isn’t broken *2019-09-18, version 4.4.13.640* I am not a fan of the new mobile app as it took away features I used to have that were very convenient. For example: I cannot change the date easily for my reoccurring bill pay like I used to be able to; with the bill due a specific date I was able to change the send on date easily in each month’s transaction... now I have to cancel the one for the current month and I have to re-enter the whole thing. Also, I cannot display my bank account balances via a widget to just have a quick view when I scroll to the right on the lock or home screen. Third, I cannot see the reoccurring bill pay to cancel it instead of having to cancel each month. Lastly, I cannot display the accounts in the order of my choosing we only have the option of alpha or by current balance, therefore I had to name my savings “Z Savings” to get it to show at the end. The pictures all 20+ were centered and completely readable, but the deposit was unsuccessful because “could not read the bank information on the bottom of the check! I needed to get money into the account to pay some bills but no one at Partners could help me! Obviously, customer service is truly lacking. Oh by the way they must have fixed their issue because the deposit I did today went through! ### 1/5 — Update your app! *2020-08-11, version 4.6.3.548* Every time I go to open the app the Face ID doesn’t work anymore, even though I have it enabled. My password isn’t saved at all and my username is saved but not correctly, even though I have it set to remember my login information. And it asks me about the stupid card controls every single time I finally get logged in even though I say skip! Checking my account balance should be a quick and simple task but this app makes it so annoying. *And another thing why would they stop allowing 3rd party apps like Acorns & Clarity to connect to your account?? Probably the worst move they ever made. Acorns roundups were how I saved up Christmas and vacation money. I’m likely to switch banks soon because of this anyways. ### 1/5 — App is limited *2020-07-18, version 4.6.3.548* Please consider starting over with your website and web app. Both have a basically free architecture that is limited and I suspect not overly secure. I have had to delete it from my phone and reinstall because it is not allowing me to log in. ### 1/5 — Unfriendly and useless *2019-11-17, version 4.4.13.640* This is the most unfriendly and useless app I have ever encountered. I have a minimum of 5 banking apps and they are so easy. I can do anything on that app that I can on a computer or in person. This app is very difficult to navigate and I have spent much time attempting to set it up by using my computer and it’s still not working correctly. I can’t even pay my mortgage with this app. Don’t bother until they majorly improve this app ### 2/5 — Balance after each transaction *2024-08-24* The app functions passably but I really dislike that you don’t get the balance after each transaction, including pending transactions. It is not very clear that the balance shown at the top does not reflect what it will actually be once the pending transactions go through. ### 2/5 — Horrible app *2024-06-27* Been banking with Partners for several years and the app is ancient. I used to be able to open it and see the top two accounts that I used most. Now the ones I don’t want to see are at the top. The people at Partners were patient and spent time with me to set up three accounts for me and to teach me how do do banking on line. They had to show me how to fill out a deposit slip! They were really wonderful and I am very confident with the banking processes now.
