## What is Partners?

Partners helps you understand and be there for your partner – through the menstrual cycle and menopause.

The app turns where your partner is in their cycle into concrete, caring suggestions across three areas:

• Food – what tends to feel good right now, with recipes matched to the phase
• Activities – when to slow down and when energy is at its peak
• Intimacy & closeness – how to meet your partner with attentiveness, at their pace

WHAT YOU GET
• A clear overview of the cycle's phases – or the stages of menopause
• What's happening in the body and how your partner may feel, explained simply
• "Good things to say" – phrases you can lean on
• Recipes for every phase, adapted to diet (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan)
• Gentle reminders to help you stay in sync

MADE TO FIT YOU BOTH
• Choose your partner's pronoun (she, he, they) – the app adapts
• Add your own notes, favourite activities and what your partner personally likes
• Available in Swedish, English, Spanish and Persian

YOUR PRIVACY
Everything stays on your phone. No account, no sign-in, no data collection.

Created by counsellor Javier Blasco Martos to make it easier to talk, understand and grow closer.

The app offers general patterns to support communication – it does not replace medical advice. Everyone is different, and the best thing is always to ask your partner.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-09-04

Sources, PCOS support and a good deal of polish.

SOURCES
A new screen in Settings gathers everything the app's health content is based on — the NHS, the U.S. Office on Women's Health and the WHO — with a direct link to each page. It also explains in plain language how the day in the cycle and the estimated ovulation are worked out from the two values you enter yourself, and what that estimate must not be used for.

PCOS
Turn on PCOS adaptation in Settings. The recipes are replaced with dishes built for steadier blood sugar, the food and activity guidance adapts, and the cycle days are presented as the rougher estimate they are when ovulation is often absent.

UNDO A PERIOD START
Tapped "Period started today" and it turned out to be spotting? You can undo it now, and the cycle goes back to how it was.

SMALLER THINGS
• Recipes are ordered by where she is in the cycle — current phase first, then what's next.
• Each recipe card carries its own phase's shade.
• Terminology updated to match how public health sources describe bleeding outside the period.
• The keyboard can be dismissed while writing your own notes.
• Lighter headings and calmer colour throughout.
• Every tab opens on its own home screen.

All your data still stays on your phone.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-01

A new design throughout the app, with a clearer layout and a smoother experience.

• Reworked sections that make it easier to find your way
• New options in Settings
• Improved UI and UX across the app

### 1.0 — 2026-08-27
