As for their "customer service"? It’s a ghost town. I have sent over a dozen emails and waited on hold for hours, only to be met with silence or canned, copy paste responses that don't even address my questions. They do not care about resolving issues and they just hope you give up and go away. They are quick to take your deposits but completely vanish when you need help.
