The audio quality is poor, and while they enforce numerous rules, they turn a blind eye to those who pay more, allowing them to break every rule. They even allow users who claim to be part of a “mafia” to intimidate and blackmail others. Good luck trying to reach customer service — it’s practically non-existent, and there’s no real effort to address concerns or improve issues. You can record and find literally any song in the database. However, as time goes by, I noticed that the song database has gotten significantly smaller. Songs that used to be in the database are now gone. Also, the quality of sound from singing is very strange. It doesn’t sound right. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the app wanting you to pay and become a VIP user. And I would do that if I know I can find more songs and the sound issue is resolved. Overall, great app to start and now is going down the hill. I guess the pandemic is over and it’s time to hit a real karaoke place. **Developer response:** Hello!Dear user, Part of the accompaniment is being optimized. In essence, it preys on human nature of greed and gets you to overspend.
