### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2024-06-24, version 2.1*

Hardly works to pay parking… this app couldn’t have been designed by an adult

### 1/5 — Unfortunately useless, doesn’t work as a meter app

*2024-05-18, version 2.1*

Upon giving it a go as the app instead of the website, I found using it in 5/2024 that the location page (first page) didn’t actually render a map. There’s a 50/50 chance on the receipts page rendering and not also making the app crash. Thankfully the support tab works as expected. In its current state I am unable to select a lot to add money to. Wish there was QA/beta testing for this. Had to use the website. Running a 14PM on 17.4.1. Hopefully this changes with further updates!

### 1/5 — App crashes, incompetence is rewarded

*2024-05-01, version 2.1*

The city of Tulsa uses this app to handle parking and it barely works.

### 1/5 — Wrong pricing

*2024-04-25, version 2.1*

All parking signs advertised 5 dollar weekday parking, app charged me 10.75. Going to report to city for false advertisement

### 1/5 — Insecure app, do not use

*2024-04-21, version 2.1*

This app does not properly secure your payment info. Not only that but it’s now the only option in a lot of areas that previously had free or secured paid lots. The quality of lots has gone down and using this payment app is a risk.

### 1/5 — App stopped working

*2024-04-18, version 2.1*

Can’t even pay for parking as it crashes on loading any page.

### 1/5 — Shady, shady app.

*2023-10-08, version 2.0.9*

No time selection (even when signs indicate multiple hours for a set price), the app charges far more than what you could pay in cash elsewhere, and if you eventually give up your information to the insecure storefront, it hangs and double charges you. Just look somewhere else to park, not worth the risk with this scam app.

### 1/5 — Unusable app

*2023-10-04, version 1.2.2*

You can’t log out of remove license plates. This app is trash.

### 1/5 — Find Somewhere Else to Park

*2023-08-26, version 1.2.2*

This app could have been designed by a third grader. There were 10 people standing around trying to figure out how to use it.

Then I still got a $50 ticket after paying to park

### 1/5 — Got ticket after paying

*2023-08-10, version 1.2.2*

There is no way to select a time amount in the app. It shows a one time fee for parking. Not only does it take 10 years to create an account with them in the shady looking app, they’ll also give you a ticket after paying through said sketchy looking app. I paid for parking yet got a $35 ticket for no reason. This is a ridiculous scam in midtown.

### 1/5 — Fraudulent

*2023-05-12, version 1.2.2*

THIS APP STEALS YOUR CREDIT CARD AND DOES NOT ACCEPT APPLE PAY OR USE A PROPER MOBILE PROVIDER

### 1/5 — Park on street and move every two hours

*2023-04-24, version 1.2.2*

It’s much easier than registering and using this app.

### 1/5 — Shady

*2023-02-19, version 1.2.1*

You must make an account and fork over a ton of personal information just to park. And then when you try to pay it won’t process your payment.

### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work Consistently, Takes Forever When It Does

*2023-02-15, version 1.2.1*

This is obscene. It takes a thousand years to “make an account” (after DOWNLOADING AN APP to PARK), then it doesn’t even keep you signed in for the future (or remember your sign in information). It doesn’t even work all the time to process payments.
What happened to a kiosk or a person you can hand money to and be done with?

### 1/5 — Worst parking app/service ever

*2023-02-08, version 1.2.1*

I typically don't write app reviews. However, this app is so bad that I feel it's a disservice not to.

1. Looks, feels, and functions like it was made in 1999
2. Doesn't take apple pay- this is the bare requirement for an app 7 years ago

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2023-02-05, version 1.2.1*

I spent 20 minutes trying to sign up and pay for my parking (both on the website and then on the app). I received every possible error message and had to enter my credit card 5 times. Totally frustrating and simply does not work.

### 1/5 — Shady app - lacks security

*2022-11-05, version 1.2.1*

The actual payment process takes place on their normal website just framed into the app. The website does not enforce SSL by default and so there’s a good chance you’ll be submitting your credit card information in the clear. Apple should delist this app until this is fixed.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Double charged and no active sessions

*2026-05-03, version 2.1.8*

The app glitched and wouldn’t finish loading when using Apple Pay, so when I tried again I was then double charged and it STILL showed that I had no active parking sessions so I spent a whole first date worried I was going to get a ticket or towed for illegally parking even though I had spent $24 at that point

### 1/5 — No way to create an account

*2026-03-04, version 2.1.8*

There is no way in the app to create an account or store your vehicles or store payment information.

### 1/5 — No syncing with website

*2025-10-16, version 2.1.3*

Doesn't sync with website.

### 1/5 — Email confirmation, but a ticket 45 minutes later

*2025-06-11, version 2.1.3*

I’ve only been using this app for a week and already I’ve had two instances of receiving a confirmation email, but getting tickets when the enforcers come around. I didn’t realize confirmation email is meaningless. Confirmation email SHOULD confirm that payment went through, but nope! 2-$50 tickets later, and customer support is utterly unhelpful and showing a confirmation email to parking services is not enough to waive the ticket. It’s frustrating as well that going to past purchases in the Receipts tab never shows anything, including the days I paid and Didn’t get tickets. If I didn’t have to pay to park for my job, I would never use this app; it’s by obligation only.

### 1/5 — Poor design, poor support

*2024-10-12, version 2.1.1*

What more can I say? Worst parking app in this city. Avoid if possible.

### 1/5 — SCAM

*2024-10-01, version 2.1.1*

I am 100% convinced this app is a scam. I used this app to pay for parking in downtown Tulsa. 15 minutes after I had paid for parking I received a ticket. The receipt tab on the app would never load so I could dispute the ticket. I used the communication tab to try and get ahold of someone for help and never received a response. I then called the company number, no one answered. I left them a message and still never heard anything back. I was level headed and calm in my email and phone message but never the less I ended up having to pay the parking ticket. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

### 1/5 — Irony

*2024-09-09, version 2.1.1*

Coincidence the company that made this terrible, scammy, broken app also makes a ticketing software? Just a thought.

### 1/5 — App does not work

*2024-07-25, version 2.1*

Once downloaded it did absolutely nothing such a waste.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2024-07-11, version 2.1*

App crashes every time I’ve tried to use it and their kiosk at lot is just as bad

### 1/5 — Pathetic

*2024-06-26, version 2.1*

Crashes upon opening

## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Update is a huge improvement.

*2024-01-02, version 2.1*

Works much better with the new updates. Very easy now.

### 5/5 — Update is a huge improvement.

*2023-10-05*

Works much better with the new updates. Very easy now.

### 5/5 — Easy to use and simple

*2022-02-20, version 1.2.1*

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Took me three minutes to pay for parking. Not sure why people don’t use this app. Works great for me.

### 4/5 — How is this an app

*2023-09-10, version 1.2.2*

I don’t understand how Apple allows such a novice app to exist. I guess the upside is the parking lots don’t have to pay much for the app. (Just kidding the worst developers usually charge the most) Good thing their customers have little choice.

### 2/5 — Works for one lot, but…

*2022-09-17, version 1.2.1*

The user experience could be greatly improved. I’m unable to remove old plates, so the app doesn’t default to my latest plate. Sometimes if there’s any sort of state change in the app, it’ll reset. Have already needed to dispute.
