Easy enough. Now when I open the app, all I get is a screen with five full lines of Japanese characters and the word “OK.” Can’t get passed this screen. So far a waste of $10, I think. ### 1/5 — Needs English Translation update (2026) Train bug updated needed. *2026-03-29* Seriously, half of Japan is occupied by foreigners who speak and read English along with tourists. Half of us live here in Japan and can’t read Japanese even if we speak the language. The app developers seriously need to give Apple IOS device users the option to switch to English when using the app. F.Y.I. Under no circumstances I would suggest using this app to take any type of train ride. Why, randomly like twice the app showed me taking a train ride from the past in progress. I know you can fix this by going to the train station and having the staff reset your card but this is 100% ridiculous. Not everyone including me are close to the train station to go this. So, i’m not going to ever use this card again on my iPhone to take a train ride. I’m going to use another pay system to take my train ride moving forward. ### 2/5 — english please *2025-11-11, version 1.0.35* i would use the app. but without an english language version, i'll have to stick with the card only version for now. ### 1/5 — ほんっとーに不親切なアプリ *2025-08-17* 小田急線の定期購入のためにいつも利用しています。利用したくなくて路線を変えるか悩むほど、このアプリと駅員さんが不親切です。 まず、Apple Watchに入れるとスマホでは機能しない点、次に電池が切れてしまった場合、アプリが入っていてスクリーンショットではないのに、磁気カードでないと定義の証明にはならない点、電池が切れてしまうと定額払わされています。 磁気カードでは有効なのに、アプリだと定期の意味を成さないのなら、アプリの意味ないです。何を目的にこのアプリを開発されているのか不明です。 本当に小田急線使うのやめたいです。こちらはモバイルで定期代を払っているので、せめて画面で定期利用が証明できるツールを設定してください。磁気カードと同等の待遇ができるようにしてください。 よろしくお願いします 追記：23:00から5:00まで定期購入ができません。モバイルの意味ない。 翌朝に定期買おうとしましたが、通信環境が悪いとの通知により買えず、復旧まで使えないと出ました。定期も使えない、チャージもできない、で切符を買う始末です。ほんとーーーに不親切なアプリですね、 ### 1/5 — 定期券の購入が上手くいかない(コメント内に攻略方法あります) *2024-11-17* 私鉄利用の為、PASMOも利用しております。 前回初めてアプリから定期券を購入しましたが、クレジットカード決済で上手くいかずエラーが出る。アプリに出たテロップの通り、エラーでやり直し購入しますが、結局何回やっても上手くいかず。決済されるもの定期が継続されておらずということがありました。サポートセンターと連絡してなんとか返金(取消)という形にはなりましたが、暫く自腹で出社する羽目となりました。 で、今回またクレジットカードにて継続購入するものの上手くいかずエラーに。 今回はエラーになるも、アプリのトップ画面(カードの絵が出てくるところです)に戻り、リロード🔁を押すと、無事に期間が延びておりました。(決済されたからどうかは分かりませんが) 同じような症状が出る方は、テロップに騙されずに一度リロード🔁をお試しください。 エラーと言いながら上手くいってる？ということがあります。 尚普通のチャージでも同じ現象が起きます。 思ったまま打ち込んだので乱文ですがお読み頂きありがとうございました。 アプリの改善をお待ちしております。 ### 2/5 — Please make language options *2024-11-10* Selecting language option would help a lot for foreigners Please consider english option at least ### 1/5 — モバイルSuicaをオススメします。 *2024-11-03* 正直、星１つもつけたくない。 チャージのエラーが頻繁に起こります。 都度問い合わせてもクレジットカード会社のせいにする。 挙句、なんの権限あってなのか勝手に紛失扱いになり、改札通れず。 利用している駅の影響で致し方なくPASMOの定期を買っているのに、反応しなければ切符を買って入れと。 PASMOの不具合なのに毎回、利用している私のせいにされる。 モバイルPASMOと検索して、1番大きく書いてある電話番号に電話をしても、最初の音声ガイドどのボタンを押してもショートメッセージしか届かず、オペレーターに繋げてくれる事はない。 色々調べてやっと見つけた電話番号にかけてやっとオペレーターに繋がってと通話料はこちら持ち。 何度も問い合わせても改善されず、何度も不具合を受けている旨を伝えても「あなただけの問題で他に問題は上がってないからこちらに非はない」の一点張り。 ここのレビューみたらびっくり。 私以外にもこれだけの不具合を訴えている人がいるのにシステムを直す気がさらさらない。 東京都交通局はPASMOでしか定期を発行していないのにも関わらず、PASMOは客の自己判断で使っているものだからと、責任を押し付け合う始末。 子供の頃からSuicaユーザーでモバイルSuicaもずっと使っていましたが、このような不具合は滅多に起きないし、JRやメトロの駅員も何かあった時は臨機応変に対応してくれる。 PASMOはSuicaにどうやってシステムを作っているのか頭下げて聞きに行くべき。 PASMOは絶対にお勧めしません。 最悪です。 ### 5/5 — App works great *2024-10-17* i saw a review that said this app doesnt work with apple pay but it actually does you just need to know how to read japanese ### 4/5 — Amex Only! *2024-10-13* As others have pointed out, you can only charge the card through American Express so if you have other credit cards you’re out of luck. That being said, pasmo is a great transit option once it’s funded. Yes the app is all japanese but you’re really just going to use this app to keep receipts and connect it to apple wallet. Just keep the card open in the wallet app and switch between it and google maps and you’ll be fine. You can also use pasmo at a bunch of places other than transit, just keep an eye out for the symbol. ### 5/5 — For foreigners!!! *2024-09-06* This app works. If you cannot understand Japanese then don’t even use it, or seek for help. And if you’re gonna complain on the review page then don’t even come to Japan. People like you aren’t welcome. This app is so convenient that it allows you to recharge your pasmo travel card without even going to the kiosk machine. Very handy Japanese technology.
