HOPING it will get better love the presentation and ease of getting links to clients BUT it IS ALWAYS GETTING STUCK ON THE SPINNING CYCLE OF DEATH! Super frustrating/ I think you’ve had enough time to get this fixed. Please do better- especially for an app that goes along with a paid subscription. I had been a customer for a long time, but when I changed my email address, I encountered nothing but frustration. Despite submitting over 20 customer service requests, I received no response for months. It wasn’t until today that I finally heard back and was able to access my account again. To my shock, all of my galleries had been deleted due to "inactivity"—but I couldn’t log in to access them because of their lack of communication! It’s incredibly disappointing to invest so much time and money into a service that doesn’t prioritize its customers or provide the support they need when issues arise. There are plenty of other businesses out there that actually care about their customers and their needs. Pass is not one of them. I don’t understand why there’s no update for this bug. They’ve deleted my galleries several times because I “didn’t log in” even though it was within the storage limits they gave me. Could be super useful as a photographer for going through my galleries and finding photos to use for social media. I update the name, cover photo, and text with no issues. The app also allows you to remove the store which isn't allowed on the computer unless you have a standard account and I'm not paying $20 just for that. TIME. *2025-08-02, version 1.1.3* The concept of this app is fantastic, offering easy access to galleries, and as a photographer, it’s incredibly convenient to have every gallery available on your phone. However, the app frequently crashes or fails to open, which is why I’m giving it only two stars. I often have to delete and reinstall the app when it gets stuck on a loading screen upon launch.
