No explanation how to use the app. **Developer response:** Hello. What is it you were trying to do? This app is for scanning QR codes as part of a workflow. It is designed to be used by companies which is why the instructions and branding are purposefully sparse. Delete. **Developer response:** Could you send us the barcode you were trying to scan? The app supports all the codes that passes support like QR, Code 128, Aztec, and PDF417. What were you trying to do with the scanner? Do you have one of our accounts? ### 1/5 — This app is garbage *2012-11-27* This app doesnt even work on my iPad iOS 5.1.1. Open the app and the camera still black screened, try to use the button on the left top,app crashes. Try to use the button on the right top and it actually works, needs some expiation as what it does.would rate 0 but 1 is the lowest it can go to **Developer response:** Please try the newest version. Prefer other qr scanner app... **Developer response:** We're sorry you found this difficult. Were you using to to scan passes or for general QR scanning? Please get in touch with us if there's anything we can do to help. ### 2/5 — Confused *2012-10-01* It sounded like an OK app, but I must say that there aren't any instructions and I'm completely bewildered. I assume that I'm supposed to scan a barcode... But the scanner doesn't work.... So.... If I can't scan anything, then,.. Well, this just isn't working. **Developer response:** If you were attempting to scan a UPC, this app was not designed for that purpose. It was designed to scan Passes in conjunction with a workflow or our PassSource professional service. ### 3/5 — What!!! *2020-07-09* This app is very confusing. I went to St Augustine and tried scanning a barcode and it worked! So I was like,” Oh great to know the app works!” Later on that day I came across another barcode. I scanned and I didn’t work. I tried again and boom it didn’t work. Later on I tried sending a message to the developer and it kept telling me,” Sorry please try again.” I cannot understand what is exactly wrong with this app. I mean I’m 14 and I know that you definitely need a update. Thanks for it and please respond or I will write another review and trust me it’s not a good one. ### 5/5 — Business or Personal! *2017-09-23* This app is legit! Die Funktion den Inhalt des QR Code an den eigenen Server zu schicken ist genial. Endlich eine app die mir die Möglichkeit bietet ein eigenes Ticket System um zu setzten. ------GEFIXXT--------- Es gibt einen kleinen Bug nach dem scannen wenn die Auswahl - Custom URL gesetzt ist friert der Camera Screen ein. Bugmeldung ist raus, sobald es gefixt ist gibt's 5 Sterne -------GEFIXXT---------- Der Bug ist gefixxt. Habe eine Support Anfrage gestellt und eine schnelle Antwort erhalten + der Bug wurde sofort behoben.
