## What is Pass The Ace?

Pass The Ace is the fast, brutal, hilarious card game you played at the kitchen table — now on your phone, with your friends, wherever they are.

HOW IT WORKS
Everyone gets one card. Lowest card at the end of the round loses a life. On your turn you make one decision: keep your card, or pass it to the next player and take theirs. Holding a King? Nobody can pass to you. The dealer goes last and can draw from the deck instead. Lose all your lives and you're out. Last one standing wins.

Every turn is on a timer, so nobody stalls. Rounds take a minute. Games take five.

PLAY WITH FRIENDS, ANYWHERE
• Create a table and share the room code or a link — friends join in seconds, with or without an account
• Add bots to fill empty seats or to play by yourself
• Chat and fire off emoji reactions at the table
• Live updates: see every pass, block and reveal as it happens

MAKE AN ACCOUNT, MAKE IT PERSONAL
• Pick a @username and avatar
• Add friends with a link; anyone who signs up through it is your friend automatically
• Create groups for your regular tables and invite the whole group to a game with one tap
• Get notified when a friend invites you, when it's your turn, and when your group starts a table
• See your history: every game, every placement, lifetime stats and head-to-head records
• Group leaderboards for bragging rights

PLAY CHIPS
Turn on chips for a table, set a buy-in, and pick a payout rule — winner takes all, runner-up refund, top-two split, or top-three. Chips are play tokens with no value and can't be bought or cashed out; they're there for the scoreboard and the trash talk.

THE LOUNGE
Make a table public and anyone can sit down or watch. Make it friends-only and it shows up just for your friends and groups.

3 to 12 players. Free to play. No ads.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-05

Take your time. Start a game with hours per turn instead of seconds, close the app, and get a nudge when it's your move — so a table of friends can play a game out across a few days. Set a rule to play your hand while you're away, see every game waiting on you right on the home screen, and catch up on what you missed when you get back. Scheduled games can run at this pace too.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-29

Invite anyone to a scheduled game with a share link — send it to friends who aren't on Pass The Ace yet and they can see the details and join without an account first. The link lives under the guest list on any game you're part of.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-25

Plan ahead: schedule a game, invite friends and groups, and everyone gets a reminder before it starts — or leave it open and let your friends find it in the Lounge. See which friends are online, rally your crew to a table with one tap, and chat while you wait for the game to start. The bots have learned to talk trash. Plus a pile of fixes: working invite and share links, a tidier splash screen, a clearable inbox, and no more notifications while you're the one playing.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-23

Table Talk comes to the waiting room — chat with everyone at the table while you wait for the game to start. Also fixes invite links and the share buttons, tidies up the splash screen, and stops notifications following you after you sign out.
