### 3/5 — Upadate the app plzz

Plz update the app

### 3/5 — Good Study Guide... With Errors

*2016-05-31*

My history teacher recommended this app to study for the World History II SOL and I have to say this app is great! However one of the questions in the World History: 1500-Present shows a quote from Winston Churchill, but asks "In what order did these events occur?" and lists answer choices like "2, 1, 3, 4". Please fix this! Also, this app is ancient and should be updated to better fit the screens of the iPhone 5 and 6.

### 4/5 — I highly recommend this app

*2015-05-06*

The app "Pass the Past" was a quality app for reviewing, learning, or seeing how much you know about social studies. The app was by the same creator of "DK Quiz" another quality app. Both of the apps have the same layout, result page, and quiz format. "Pass the Past" gave challenging questions for around grades five and higher. I would recommend this app to anyone who would like to study for a test, learn something new, or play around with the app to see how much you know. The only thing I don't like about this app is that there is only ten quizes, so after you take them all there is no more use for the app. Overall I highly suggest this app.

### 4/5 — Love This App So Much Just One Thing I Would Change

*2015-05-06*

I love this app so much. I like how the app is set up like a quiz. The app is exactly like a quiz. You don't know if you get the right or wrong answer until the end of the quiz. The app is great and all but there is one thing I don't like about this app. There are little drawings on the side. I think the drawings are just distracting. If the drawings were not there I would give this app a five star rating. The app is still a great app.. I like how the app is set up like a quiz. The app is exactly like a quiz. ### 3/5 — Great studying app

I liked that Pass the Past asked you questions about ancient history, and that it would have articles you could look at. I didn't like that it only had a little bit of questions and small articles. I would make it so it had a lots of questions and longer articles.

### 4/5 — Grotesque

*2015-05-05*

When exploring the app I came across a school notebook with doodles and a table of contents to help with my exploring travel further. Once I entered a course section in one skill it brought me to a test of questions that showed a diagram with four multiple question answers A), B), C), and D). I liked this app because it gave the question with a picture to make your answer more visual. I also like this app because if I were stuck with a question or came across a question I didn't know, because they all could be right, there is a tool bar at the bottom with a question eliminator, a automatic answer button and a help button. Although there are good parts to the app there are some things I would change. I did like how they had a toolbar for when you get stuck but I didn't like how you were limited on how many clues I got to use. When using the app there may be a question I haven't learned yet and need some guidance to help me find a solution, but I have ran out of clues. Also I would change that instead of waiting till the end of the test to see my score, I would have them tell me if I was right or wrong when I did the problem. But this only tells you how many you got wrong not which problem . Although they have things I would change, I would say this app has really great structure and form.

### 5/5 — Great except for the error

*2014-05-12*

I've taught Virginia Studies for fifteen years. Just discovered this app and LOVE it, except that I'm disappointed that the VDOE has allowed the question with the wrong answer to stay instead of correcting it. I really don't want my students to be learning wrong information from a VDOE app! That's just sad.

### 2/5 — Omg

This is weird

### 4/5 — Well done, but spotted a mistake...

*2013-05-31*

As a Virginia Studies teacher, I highly recommend this app to my students to help practice and prepare for their SOLs. However, I have spotted a mistake on the VA Studies portion. There is a question that says "After Reconstruction, which industry most encouraged the growth of towns and cities throughout Virginia?" The programmed answer for the app is "Shipbuilding" but the ACTUAL answer should be "Railroads". I received this question twice, and got the answer wrong when I selected Railroads. I understand there are always bugs that need to be worked out, but I hope this is fixed soon.

### 5/5 — sol
