First Screen that appears once you upload the app is a login screen. There is no way to create an account so you can’t login. How can the developer not know this? Beyond stupid. Zero stars is more appropriate.

You can log into the the website without issue.  I can’t log in to the app.  Makes it fairly useless. 

I guess the icon is a decent decoration.

Apparently this is where my Labyrinth of Jarreth ticket is but the app won’t open or let me log in.

This app has a lot of problems after the software update. I have uninstalled it and downloaded again and still the app crashes every time I scan a customer ticket.

I use Passage when contracting for a tour company and I’ve always found it easy to use compared to their competitors.  I started my own company and it’s just as easy to set up events from the back end.

Don't be confused, this isn't an app for ticket purchasers. This is a backoffice/scanning app for event organizers.  For those purposes it works great.  I can scan quickly or use the guest lookup feature if they forgot their ticket.  I've used several other ticketing services backend and this by far is the best.

App scans super fast, which really helps cut down on my lines. I also love that I can sell merch and concessions at the door along with my ticket sales, it makes it super convenient for reporting.

Scans tickets almost instantly, even when the barcode is really tiny because it's been zoomed out on someone's phone ;) The guest list feature is really handy when someone gets their ticket wet or tears it or their phone battery has died. Love it!
