After 10-15 minutes you call & they say they are not coming & to please cancel so they don't get it trouble. It is very annoying & makes me late. 2023: I get a different phone number every time I travel to Cambodia. You have to log in with the phone but then when you give them the email it says already taken. Yes, BY ME LAST YEAR & Before. If they let you log in with email you could change to the new number. Same problem as last year & they still have not fixed it. As soon as a request shows up they take it. Then if they decide not to do it they make you wait forever- you can see them not moving. If you contact them sometimes they answer & tell you to Cancel. Don’t! Let them face the consequences of these devious actions. Other times they just don’t answer so you will cancel. Again, don’t. Let’s weed out the bad ones so the good ones can get the jobs 🙏🏻 ### 1/5 — Disgusting Tuktuk drivers *2025-07-05, version 3.1.22* Some drivers aren’t qualified, there was this one time a driver swore at me just because I didn’t give him more money when he went on the wrong road. I tried calling and messaging the company and had no replies since. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Einfach Fahrzeug und Zielort auswählen und zum günstigen Festpreis losfahren. Wir haben nie länger als 3 min auf einen Fahrer gewartet . Meist stand jmd schon nach 1min vor Ort. Trovo anche che sia più semplice selezionare il punto di arrivo perché basta il nome del negozio/ostello/ristorante (mentre su Grab spesso bisogna inserire l’indirizzo). Infine, puoi vedere dove sono i tuk tuk più vicini ed è utile per farsi un’idea delle opzioni disponibili. ### 5/5 — Absolutely fine *2023-01-10, version 2.3.8* I was a bit put off seeing the reviews, but it was my only option while travelling south Cambodia. Honestly, it was fine although I did take some precautions. I would have my phone with the app & route open as I’d greet and confirm my driver, I think perhaps that kept them from going off track. Also, the app tells you how much the trip will cost, so I would prepare the exact fare ready to hand over when we arrived. Have only superlative terms to describe it: efficient, fast and helpful! Used it a lot and always to our utmost satisfaction. Showing estimated price is super helpful as it prevents ripping off.
