It lacks protection from password loss. 10 fails deletes everything. No pizzazz or fluff which is nice and it isn’t a resource hog when in use. The low score is from the lack of a reset ability and the lack of real customer support. Fixed (kinda) *2019-09-25* **Update: After another iOS13 update, this seems to fix itself, but problem still pops up once in a while. iOS problem? **Previous review: I updated this on my iPhone (ios13), and now it does not log itself in. It manage to read my finger print, but only a glimpse of my password list and goes back to “login” page again. I was asking if this app will work in ios11 64 bit, but sending the email got Delivery Failure - address does not exist. I am worried that the app is 32 bit so unable to be supported by ios11 and I don't want to update the iOS until I know i won't lose the app and all the password data. The last update was July 2016 ios8. ### 4/5 — Great app, I use it every day. *2016-07-25* I've been using this app for over 3-years now, I love it. I use it at least once every day to access passwords and am in the habit of logging every new account in the app - I'm totally dependent on it now so hope the support continues! I've never lost a single piece of data and have changed phones at least twice since first using the app. Be great if you could also attach a photo to a record - e.g. I keep a record of my passport details in here and it would be good to be able to attach an image of my passport. ### 2/5 — Backup?? *2015-05-16* The app works just fine. People buy new devices all the time; it should be easy to move information from an old ipad to a new one. I tried to use their backup system on my new ipad because I thought it would be quicker than re-typing ALL my passwords. It is not. The system is clunky and horrible. You need to be a hacker to make it work. Sorry for the bad review guys, but you're wasting a lot of my time. I’ve used this app for years and wanted to have my 16 year old child to start using it as well and so I bought it for her and it said she was restricted from using it. I assume it’s because of the age restriction. Please refund me the $1 and explain the reason for the 17+ age restriction. I’ve never seen any reason for it in my years of using it. ### 1/5 — Wouldn’t recommend *2022-06-13* Lost all my passwords when I had to get a new phone. Fails to ask me to enter a password to allow export to commence. It's just wiped out all my passwords and data from moving to a new phone with back up transfer. I've just lost every password I own using this joke of an app. I accidentally delete the app, downloaded from the cloud and its empty. Not fit for purpose. ### 1/5 — Backup Utility Still Broke *2015-03-13* You need to fix the backup utility. I bought it to transfer passwords to new phone. I keep getting the same error about an unsupported character. Never fixed it. Import Passwords button is still faded even after connecting to my computer. I told everyone to use it. Then today I went to look for it and it was gone. Disappeared with all of my 50-60 passwords and not recoverable. I keep everything from passwords, my kids info including college stuff, drivers liscense, social security numbers... anything that I may need at any given time. I have the backup utility but have not used it yet. I’ve never lost any of my info even when getting a new phone. I’ve always had iPhones. There is a place for notes too so that is where I can put answers to security questions or whatever.
