Der Einführungsbildschirm: Schrift zu klein und zu dunkel, eventuell wäre eine Slideshow angebrachter. Auch 'in' der App ist die Schriftgröße suboptimal. Wenn ich hektisch was lesen will, muss ich mich erst anstrengen, es zu entziffern. Eine mögliche Erweiterung wäre ein Suchmodus nach bestimmten Schlagworten (Verspätung, Ausfall, usw.)

Was informative and useful until it stopped working years ago. Was so happy to see the app was brought back to life, but it still crashes when opened. It has been crashing non stop, every time on opening since iOS8. Probably spending a ton of tax revenue designing something that doesn't get tested properly and simply doesn't work

Direkte Vorgehensweisen für verspätetes oder verlorengegangenes Gepäck werden nicht aufgezeigt.
Was soll ich mit dem Satz "Wenn ihr Gepäck verloren gegangen ist, haben sie unter bestimmten Umständen möglicherweise Anspruch auf Entschädigung"  anfangen? Die "bestimmten Umstände" und das "möglicherweise" werden nicht weiter erklärt.

Eigentlich ganz praktische App. Leider ist das Icon dermaßen billig gestaltet (im Gegensatz zum "Inneren" der App), dass sie bei mit erstmal in der Grabbelkiste (Ordner ganz weit hinten) gelandet ist - Vergessen wahrscheinlich. Einfach mal an das restliche Design anpassen wär ja schon ausreichend.

Ansonsten könnte die App hier und da noch etwas Feinschliff vertragen, so begegnen einem immer wieder Bereiche, die nicht übersetzt wurden (besonders peinliches Beispiel: die Einführung). Außerdem wäre es vielleicht sinnvoll, wenn die Schriftgröße angepasst werden könnte - zumal die voreingestellte Größe echt selten winzig ist.

Fazit: Guter Anfang, aber leider noch nicht konsequent und durchdacht umgesetzt.

Die konsequent auch für andere Bereiche umgesetzt werden müsste. Z.B. die Telekommunikation und das Internet haben eine Bedeutung erlangt, wo der einzelne Nutzer schnell an seine Grenzen gerät. Es müssten auch Wege für Schadenersatz gezeigt werden, wenn die Unternehmen den Kunden einfach hängen lassen.
