Creating an account is excruciatingly hard. They don’t send SMS as they claim. Password validation has mismatched lengths. They demand you not take screen captures. Buying tickets is way too difficult. In short, this app is a terrible unfriendly experience. Better to avoid it.

It works, the seat reserving system is pretty delayed and will show seats are reserved when they aren’t for like 5 minutes. Wish you could select another language when you first download the app. Got my seats though and leaving a review so people know its not a scam.
