Just said my CVV code was wrong but I copied and pasted the numbers from the app so I know it’s not wrong. App is also slow and buggy. Not only did it keep telling me I needed to update my app to the latest version to add my card payment (there was no update), it wouldn’t let me buy a ticket for my travel companion because I selected “no” to sharing my contacts. I don’t think this should be necessary, as all they need is the passenger name. Nevertheless, when I tried to change the privacy settings, it was not possible on my end. The 5 minutes time limit to checkout is an added hurdle to purchase tickets. No route maps provided anywhere or stop locations making it difficult to use if you are not familiar with the area. They don’t send SMS as they claim. Password validation has mismatched lengths. They demand you not take screen captures. Buying tickets is way too difficult. In short, this app is a terrible unfriendly experience. This is always an option, but getting a refund from Passer is not if anything goes wrong. You will also save money on unnecessary service fees. They do not take responsibility for Tracopa’s poor service. If you’re lucky, you will only get credit to use within a month, which is useless if you’re leaving the country. Passer is a third-party app, and in our case, the departure time on our tickets was 10 minutes later than Tracopa’s departure time. There is no option to chat with a person on Sunday, so if your bus leaves without you (which happened to us) you’d better have extra cash to pay the driver because they will not honour tickets for any other times, even if the driver left before the scheduled departure time. ### 1/5 — Horrific App *2024-03-25, version 54* One of the least user-friendly apps you’ll find. You aren’t allowed to book tickets for multiple people at the same time, they need to be done individually.
