I had a phone call from one of your staff last week where we did a screen sharing, the lady said she would contact my employer but as of yet she hasn’t. There was an update today 29/7/24 which was a bug fixer and the app still isn’t working right. It’s also using most of my battery while using the app and it’s making my phone old while I’m on the app. Please could you try and fix the app as I need this for work. I can’t spend 10 mins in a clients house just filling the app out because it sticking.
