Most recent the iPhone issue which went on and on and on. Since the patch to fix this issue it’s been slow and glitchy for the whole team. At the weekend no access to customer records and alarmingly no access to medication. Today I got blocked out of my visit and had to restart and manually tag out. I then got logged out again and had to re log disrupting my third visit. By the last visit it was hit or miss if anything was being recorded. As domiciliary carer this app is supposed to help us and in able us to complete our jobs! It’s a legal document. It used to be good, now it is awful. Signing in issues, calls un-allocating themselves from carers, cancelled calls reinstating themselves, logging in issues, logging out issues, problems completing care notes, problems reading past care notes etc etc. I could go on, but I’m tired of going on about it. I am in constant contact with pass’ customer service, and several “investigations” have been opened by pass for the issues we have and nothing is ever done about it. When they have an issue that they advertise they are “fixing” with a new download, the new download brings another set of problems. And forget about customer service of a weekend, as even though they are charging you a fee to use their services, including there customer service, they seem to think that support is only required Monday through Friday. Do your best to use another app to run your business through as I promise you, you’ll regret using PASS. ### 1/5 — Very Slow *2024-08-11, version 3.0.0* The app has potential to be really good and helpful. However it is very slow and really drains your battery. I often have to write my notes in my phone notes and then copy them into my notes on the app, it’s a lot of effort but it’s MUCH quicker. I’ve been advised to update the app so hopefully it works. But I’ve been using the app since December and so far it’s just been painful to use. There was an update today 29/7/24 which was a bug fixer and the app still isn’t working right. It’s also using most of my battery while using the app and it’s making my phone old while I’m on the app. Please could you try and fix the app as I need this for work. Otherwise the app in general has improved a lot which gives me hope that I can go even better. ### 2/5 — More like P1554car3 *2025-07-26, version 3.10.0* Alright, please bear with me as this is my first time review of any major app that I’ve used. So first of all, a couple of negatives and in my eyes they are quite major negatives. The first one is, sometimes I have to say logging in can be a nightmare because it sometimes doesn’t recognise facial recognition or password input and it just doesn’t want to acknowledge that you’ve logged in instantly and the amount of minutes I’ve lost on a booking/visit makes it look like I am not being punctual which in turn makes me look like I’m unprofessional and not being punctual. The 2nd point and I’ve only realised this after using the app for about one month. The issue being if you go into the calendar section of the App and so you want to go back last week to check a booking (btw we are in week 30 at the time of writing this review) and if I want to go back to week 29, say on a Monday or a Friday, it will not show those days which is a massive problem for me because how am I supposed to check what I did on one given day therefore I wouldn’t have known exactly how many hours and minutes I would have done and what calls I have because obviously there’s no physical paper timetables anymore or rota's that we are given by the company and in my opinion, that is a major failing for this app, so my advice to anyone is take a screenshot and/or screen recording of what your visit and that includes the hours in the minutes. On my 3rd point, which is a positive it’s good to have an app where I don’t have to write anything down and I can use text to speech to get my notes down to the office. I hope people can make sense of what I have written down and I hope the developers of this app will take this into consideration and it's is a major flaw IMO but it’s a frustrating that the days I have previously worked are no longer there to be cross-referenced. Anyway, I hope you’ve enjoyed my supposedly constructive review of this app and I’m still giving it two stars and really I would love to give it one star but the fact that it tells you exactly how many hours and minutes you’ve done the court that’s good to know.
