It makes you miss the bus because of the wrong time it provides and it glitches out too much and you missed your stop. The tracking of the buses are always wrong or not always but half the time the tracking is wrong and the buses are not even coming. However, there are ongoing issues with GPS accuracy and bus stop locations. In many cases, the app shows bus stops that do not match the locations bus drivers identify as the actual stops. This creates confusion for riders, especially those who rely on the app for trip planning and real-time navigation. Additionally, GPS tracking can be inaccurate, making it difficult to determine the true location of a bus. To improve the rider experience, more frequent and accurate updates to bus stop data and GPS tracking are needed. Ensuring that the information displayed in the app matches the information provided by drivers would make the service much more reliable and accessible for all users. ### 4/5 — A few suggestions *2026-05-21* I like the idea of knowing where the bus is that ur looking for, can be seen in real time. Instead of having to call and ask where it is at the moment I think there should be an option where as you can can see about how long it will take to get to a certain location along the route from the 2 stations. Instead of going to the website or calling. And the times that it will leave the stations. It’s not any more accurate or reliable than Transit, and it has a much worse user interface. This is just one more competitor in the increasingly saturated space of bus trackers that are only as good as the flawed tracking data they’re given, and this weird phenomenon of services switching between them every year or so does nothing to make riding public transit simpler: in fact, it does the opposite.
