She is amazing an the workouts are good. She explained well an if you can’t she just tells you to keep moving. This is by fare better then my mirror that I paid a lot. I am 60 so the plants an some of the dancing I can’t do so I just groove to my own gig lol thanks to my daughter Stephanie Pittman for tagging me an I have enjoyed it all so much thanks for all you do an your hard work into helping us girls out much appreciated.
