## What is Passlet Scanner?

Passlet Scanner is the companion app for the Passlet platform (https://passlet.io). Use it to scan, validate, and redeem any Passlet digital wallet pass — tickets, memberships, loyalty cards, coupons, access passes, and more — right from your phone.

This app works only with Passlet. It scans passes issued through the Passlet platform — it is not a general-purpose QR or barcode reader, and it requires a Passlet account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Scan any Passlet pass — point the camera at a wallet pass and validate it in a tap.
• Instant result — every scan shows a clear outcome: valid, already used, or not found.
• Check in and redeem — a check-in is recorded on every scan, and a single-use pass shows as already used the next time it's scanned.
• Live totals — watch redeemed, open, and total passes update in real time as your team scans.
• Organized by project — switch between the different sets of passes you issue and scan against the right one.
• No camera? No problem — look up a pass by ID and record it manually.
• Built for real conditions — flashlight for low light, the screen stays awake while you scan, and haptic feedback confirms each result.
• Scan history — review every scan, filter by date, and reverse a scan if you make a mistake.

NO PASSWORDS
There's no username or password. Authorize a device once with a one-time setup code from your Passlet admin console — an admin can revoke it anytime.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Generate a one-time setup code in your Passlet admin console.
2. Enter the code (or scan the setup QR) to enroll the device.
3. Open the Scan tab and start scanning passes.

Passlet keeps sensitive holder data in your source system — the scanner shows your team only what they need to validate a pass.
