Recent user reviews (10 of 53) All indexed reviews: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/passmanager-family-handover/id938502760/reviews.md ### 5/5 — お世話になってます *2026-01-11, version 9.5.0* パスワード修正して、保存したのにもう一度開いたら修正されずに前回のパスワードのままになるので再インストールしました。再インストールすると修正されたものが表示されるようになりました。その後、設定の事についていろいろ問い合わせメールさせて頂きましたが素早い返答頂き無事復元出来ました！ 追記2026/01/12 機種変などの際に未課金状態となる事があるけど機能の追加画面でリストアすれば戻るので、数年使ってますが問題なく使わせて頂いてます！ ただ、パスワードの検索ボタンが画面上の方にあるけど画面の下（親指で届くようなところに）の方に配置出来たらなぁと思う。 ### 1/5 — Accocaの方がはるかに使いやすく良心的 *2025-12-13, version 9.4.2* 長年使ってましたが、以前の課金で広告が出なかったし、パスワードの登録数に制限がなかったのにアップデートで広告が出て登録数の上限に達したと出るように。おまけに写真の画像を見ようとしたらブラックアウトで見れないときた。 最近のレビューが星1〜2ばかりなのはこのせいでしょう。 今は他にいいパスワード管理アプリがあるのでこのアプリに再課金するぐらいなら他のアプリに移ります。 パスワードの移行が面倒ですがAccocaに替えました。 パスマネより遥かにおすすめです。 ### 3/5 — 大アプデ後　最悪、その後は… *2025-11-16* プレミアムユーザーで使用し、⭐︎５をつけさせて頂いてましたが、大アプデされて使いにくくなり、また、残念な状態になりました。 ①買い切りの最大のメリットであった広告非表示が、アプデ後には表示されるようになりました。この改悪は詐欺に近いです。提供者は当初の契約を違反しています。元に戻してください。 ②UI・デザインが悪くなり見づらい・使い辛くなりました。一覧も個別ページも、無駄な空白が増えて縦長になり余計なページ送りが必要になりストレスが増えました。一覧も個別ページも、以前のシュッとスマートなスタイルのデザインに戻してください。 ③不具合：パスワード登録ページで、新しいパスワードの「＋」のアイコンを押すと、アイコン選択という文字だけ出て他は画面が真っ白になり、戻るのも何の操作もできなくなります。アプリの再起動が必要になります。罠ボタンです。何のためにあるボタンかわからないようなものはやめてください。直してください。 もう一つ、機能の追加タブで、プレミアムユーザーを詳しく見るを選択すると、プレミアムではなくプラチナユーザーの説明に飛んでしまいます。違うところに誘導する詐欺に近いです。単なる不具合であるなら直してください。 ④プレミアムを、広告非表示含む、元の条件の仕様に戻してください。契約違反はしないでください。 プレミアムの上にプラチナという最上位を設けるならば、既存のプレミアムの条件は変えずに（改悪せずに）、最上位プラチナの方に新しい機能・付加価値をつける形で差別化すべきです。そのようにせず、既存プレミアムを改悪して差別化を図っている、皆そこに不満を持っているのだと思います。 これまで本アプリを、買って、使用して、支え、盛り上げてくれたユーザーを大事にすべきです。提供者さま、わかりますか。わからないなら残念です。 以上、現段階のアプリの仕様・姿勢は、最悪かつ不誠実としか言えません。上記対応頂けなければユーザー離れでは済まず、そちらとしてもサービス提供停止になるおそれもあり、双方にとって良くありません。よろしくお願いします。 ●2025/9月　追記 プレミアムユーザーの詳細のページにも 【以前プレミアムに課金いただいたユーザーは購入したときの条件でそのまま使えます。】 と説明ありますよね！？当初、広告なし条件で購入したのですよ？上記の説明もウソですか、詐欺ですよこれは。つべこべ言わず当初からプレミアムの方については広告なしを継続してください！責任もってください。収拾つきませんよ。 ●2025/11月　追記 微調整アプデが繰り返されていますが、いずれも、初期の仕様に戻しつつあるということ！皆が求めているのは、初期の仕様、使い勝手の良さです。いらない変更はせずに、当初から変わらないということも大事なことであり、素敵なことであるということを、気づいて頂けると幸いです。 不満を伝えると他の代替アプリを紹介されたりしますが、要りません。私達は、パスマネさんを使い続けたいのです。買い切りユーザーは追加収益を生まない。わかりますが、古いユーザーからの信頼が、新たなユーザーを獲得していくものです。今後も既存ユーザーに寄り添った修正（戻し含む）を期待し、星を１から３にしておきます。 **Developer response:** 長く使っていただきありがとうございます。ひとつひとつの問い合わせを愚直に修正し続けたいと思います。活動を見ていただき感謝しています。 ### 1/5 — どうしちゃったの？ *2025-10-14, version 8.0.0* 長年愛用してましたが皆さんの言われる通り、見づらい、使いずらい、動作は15でもモッサリ遅くなり(400個以上登録してるから？)、端末間のやりとりはすぐに接続切れるなど、近年稀に見る改悪となりました。 ホントに以前の状態に戻して欲しい。 iPhone公式パスワードアプリのその名もpasswordに移行したほうが良さそうです。 思うに、今までが使いやすすぎた為Appleがこのアプリを潰しにかかったような感じがします。作者さんがiOSのアプデに手間取ってるとこを見ると尚更そう思います。 作者さんには頑張れとは言いたいですが、この状況が続く限りでは… ### 5/5 — 不具合が解消された *2025-09-04, version 7.3.3* 2025.9月、以下に記した不具合が解消されていました。広告も出なくなりました。iPhone とipad の同期は以前は悩みながらでしたが今回はから分かりやすくなり良きですね！ 乗り換え先を探していましたが継続利用させていただきます。 プレミアムユーザーができた当初から便利に利用させてもらっていましたが仕様が大幅に変わり設定していたカテゴリーも乱れ利用制限がつき広告も流れ様子がおかしい。いつのまにかレギュラーユーザーになってて驚愕です。最低限、購入した分は無償で担保していただきたい。 お急ぎの方は課金を！との事ですがあまりにも不誠実だと思います。古いユーザーは切り捨てなのでしょうか ### 4/5 — 復活しました。 *2025-08-15* 8/15追記 本日のアップデートで、不具合発生前の状態に戻りました。 また、アプリ紹介文の最初に経過を記載して頂ける様になった様で、他のユーザーさんも安心したと思います。 また、プレミア権限がアプリのアップデートで外れた後に、権限の復元を行わずに文句を言うユーザーは、もう少し知識をつけた方が良いです。 7月のアップデート以降、プレミアムユーザーでも登録したパスワードのコピーボタンで全画面広告が表示される様になった。 自分の技術不足を棚上げし、課金し直せとの回答を行う作者様。 改善する意思があるなら、レビュー欄にその場しのぎの返答ではなく、不具合情報としてStoreの紹介文中へ記載して下さい。 改善の意思が無いなら、Appleへの通達を考えます。 本当に良いアプリだったんですけどねぇ。 ### 1/5 — 改悪になりました *2025-08-08, version 7.1.4* 随分前に買い切りでプレミアムユーザーとなり、日々使いやすく助かっていましたが、今回のアップデートで月額課金ユーザーにならないと広告等無料会員扱いの機能になるということでしょうか。 他の方へのご説明を読む限り、尽力はするけど多分無理と仰っているように感じるので、月額課金ユーザーになるor他のアプリに切り替える対応しかないと捉えてよいのでしょうか。 このアプリ使う時って、大体急いで登録情報確認したい時なので、その都度広告流れるのは個人的にはこれ以上の使い勝手が悪いものはありません。 プレミアムユーザーに戻らないのであれば他アプリに切り替えますので教えてください。 ### 1/5 — 開けなくなった *2025-08-02, version 7.1.0* シンプルな機能が使いやすく、何年も愛用していました。 Face ID機能が故障したiPhoneを気にせず使っていましたが、最近急にパスマネが"パスコードを使用しない設定"に勝手に変更され、生体認証が使えない私のiPhoneではログインができなくなりました。 これまで入れてきたパスワード情報を取り出すこともできず途方にくれています。。 ### 2/5 — 使いにくい *2025-08-01* アプデ後に使いづらくなりました。 アプリとIMEの相性が悪くなったのか、検索窓の1文字目が変換されなかったり、広告が急にdellaようになり、カテゴリーの【すべて】の項目が選択できなくなったり、折角改善されたであろう新しい機能を試すよりも変わりすぎた使いづらさの方に意識がいって使用を断念します。 何年間も力強い味方でしたが他のアプリに移ります。 ### 5/5 — 勝手に生体認証設定になった *2025-07-31* 2018年より愛用していました。パスワードでのログイン設定にしていた、突然「生体認証でロックを解除してください」となり、ログインできなくなりました。問い合わせをしても1週間たっても回答はありません。使い勝手が良くて、安心していたので最近バックアップを疎かにしていました⋯。とても困っているので対応お願いします。 **Developer response:** 最新バージョンのv7.1.1をお試しいただけると幸いです。 ##
