JPYW is a blockchain-based prepaid coin, where 1 JPYW is always equal to 1 JPY, and it falls under the category of "In-house prepaid payment methods" defined by the Funds Settlement Act. While having the characteristics of tokens issued on the blockchain, JPYW's value is pegged to the Japanese Yen, mitigating the price volatility risks associated with traditional cryptocurrencies.

Connectivity with "WalletConnect"
PassPay supports the service "WalletConnect," which acts as a bridge between mobile wallets for cryptocurrencies and Web3.0 products.
