CVS blame the app for sending bad quality file, the app blame CVs for having bad printer. Ask to be send to another CVS, still horrible quality pictures, pixels everywhere. Exchange many email with the customer service who told me they will not give me money back but instead print and send me the pictures themself. It’s now Saturday and still no pictures in my mailbox and my appointements is Monday morning. Long story short : been driving three times to two different locations, spent $20 and I have no pictures. Now going to CVS to take regular pictures and get printed in 10’. To save $10 cost me more money wise and time wise.
