When processing payment the expiration date block for your credit card is defaulted to the month & year your in. So if your like me and attempt to change the month before the year and your expiration month is Jan and presently it’s July, change the year first then you’ll be able to change the month. **Developer response:** Hi RDCSAK, we appreciate your feedback and we're sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced. If they allowed you to use the back camera of your phone, it could be a good app. ### 2/5 — Bad quality photos *2022-04-04, version 4.5.10* Took pictures, have them send the be printed at my local CVS : quality was horrible. CVS blame the app for sending bad quality file, the app blame CVs for having bad printer. Ask to be send to another CVS, still horrible quality pictures, pixels everywhere. Exchange many email with the customer service who told me they will not give me money back but instead print and send me the pictures themself. It’s now Saturday and still no pictures in my mailbox and my appointements is Monday morning. Long story short : been driving three times to two different locations, spent $20 and I have no pictures. Now going to CVS to take regular pictures and get printed in 10’. To save $10 cost me more money wise and time wise. App : 0/10 star ; customer service : 8/10 stars for trying and being very responsive. I’ve tried starting over, clicking every field, etc. It will not let me progress. ### 1/5 — Hard to use, doesn’t work in the end *2021-05-19, version 4.5.1* We were trying to get passport photos for our kids. After many technical difficulties on their end, we finally got photos that printed incorrectly to cvs. The company helped me, but then the post office said the photo was not acceptable and we had to buy a new photo. Luckily we could, but they’d said it wouldn’t be possible so it was stressful. They need to make their interface better and the end product coreect. **Developer response:** Hello Julie. Thanks, David ### 1/5 — Misleading *2021-05-18, version 4.5.1* Misleads you into paying for the picture, makes it seem like you’ll get a government compliant photo but in my case the dimensions were off and they sent a file type that was for digital applications but couldn’t be printed at home (this happened due to misleading language in their payment process). We are adding to the app a new question regarding whether you need the photo to upload to an online application or for printing at home. thanks for your feedback. david ### 1/5 — This app ruined my summer trip *2021-04-27, version 4.5.0* I followed all the guidelines and even paid extra to have the photo reviewed by a human. I sent it in with my renewal five weeks ago and today received a letter informing me my photo is not adequate. I will now not be able to travel at all this summer. I am livid. Thanks ### 1/5 — Photos never arrives *2021-04-02, version 4.4.4* Process appears to be simple and quick. However, my photos never arrive. The worse part? Could not find any way to contact for help within the app. Wouldn’t recommend this app to friends or family. There is now chat function at the lower right hand side of the app as stated. Tried to contact via Facebook messenger, no reply. Truly not user friendly and is a crappy app. AVOID at all cost. **Developer response:** Hello. And have to hand enter in payment information - no Apply Pay or wallet integration??? Lame. As soon as a face is recognized in the frame it automatically takes a picture and asks for your personal info. This is the worst “places” to order your pictures from. They will end up printing from a CVS or Walgreens and will charge you tons of money plus the experience you will deal with their customer service and their refund policy is just unacceptable. They will not refund you all of your money even for a non delivered service. They fool around customers. This is A SCAM from china or somewhere like that. Then they told me they have to charge me 10% to cancel my order. SCAM ### 1/5 — Read the reviews! *2021-08-18, version 4.5.3* I ordered Canadian passport photos and they shipped me US passport photos instead. If I had not double checked I would’ve mailed it in and been rejected! Customer service tried to claim I ordered US dimensions but I double checked this before the order. The app doesn’t let you view your previous orders and they don’t email a receipt of the full order. How convenient! The “track your order” on the website does not work, it just clears the form. I paid extra for the expert review. They wouldn’t even send me a digital version. We tried this app and bought all of the additional services. The photo we took with the app didn’t work, but the person who contacted us through the app just asked for a bunch of selfies, which they then fixed and sent to be printed at CVS. Very quick (a few hours total) and only about $14. ### 5/5 — I cannot get a hold of support *2021-04-12, version 4.4.4* I am updating my review, bumping from 3 to 5. While I did have a lot of problems, in the end, some of them were my fault (Siri inserted an email from 10-years ago, that I’ve never actually used - so I didn’t receive the confirmation email) - and some were theirs (the app does not show status, and without a proper email attached to the account, it was nearly impossible to contact support). But what I appreciated was, they were extremely helpful in working things out when I finally got ahold of them. And the photo background removal was perfect. Nice people. Thank you for your help David, Gino and team. (Old review below) I took my passport photo yesterday, and paid for it. I received no email confirmation that the photo was received, and I see on my credit card statement that my payment is “pending.” I have no way to verify status. Why is my payment pending? Does that mean they did not receive the photo? Does that mean they have not approved the photo? The app does not allow you to check status, and I do not have an account password that I am aware of to contact support. It will be a great app if I can get some answers as to progress. To contact support, you need an account. It explains an account will be generated for you when an email is sent to you. But I have not received an email. So I have no account? Do I have a passport picture pending? I have no idea! If I can get a little help here, I will happily increase the rating. But right now I have no answers, and no ability to contact support -without an account. ### 5/5 — They unblocked me *2021-03-06, version 4.4.4* Getting the picture right for a US Visa is a nightmare, and now it’s worse due to the State Department verification tool being deprecated, since Flash is deprecated. iVisa sent me a pic that worked the first time I tried it. Also, I used them to get a printed version that I picked up at a local Walgreens in a few hours. That version wasn’t perfect (it was a little bit more than 2 inches wide (long), but it was good enough for the consulate. My visa was approved the same day of the interview.
