### 1/5 — Website and mobile don’t link

*2023-01-25, version v2.63*

I can only reach my records via a browser on a computer. When I try to log in from the app there is no record of my account. None of the information (medical history, upcoming appointment) show up in the app. Can’t figure out why I would want the app. Pretty useless.

### 1/5 — App is broken

*2022-10-15, version v2.63*

The App is not working with Canadian patients

### 1/5 — Website and app use different databases???

*2022-09-23, version v2.63*

I signed up and put in my records from my computer’s browser and after installing the mobile app it doesn’t recognize my email at all, only if I sign in from a browser. As a software engineer my mind is blown that both platforms are not using the same database to reflect the same information. It just doesn’t make sense.

### 1/5 — No Face ID - Doesn’t Save Passwords - Clumsy

*2022-06-20, version v2.63*

The App NEEDS Development Work. As it stands it is a substandard effort at best. Company deserves a Better Effort!!!

### 1/5 — Waste of Time

*2022-05-31, version v2.62*

I previously spent 30 minutes setting up my PH account from my home computer. None of that medical history or my appointments show up in the mobile app. I am not manually reentering that information again.

### 1/5 — No face id for login

*2022-05-16, version v2.62*

Get with the times. Passwords are outdated. No option to use face id biometrics

### 1/5 — Useless

*2022-05-08, version v2.62*

Total waste of time and effort. I got my yellow fever vaccine through Passport Health and was so thrilled that I’d have all my info in one place. Yeah, right. It may be in there but trying to access it is a nightmare. Every time I change my password, it doesn’t get saved. If there is a Face ID option I haven’t found it. Trying to get the info to my primary care physician was a no go. I finally had to take the yellow card over so they could copy it. PH doesn’t update my state’s vaccination data base so there is no record of my Y F shot. I could go on and on but why bother. You get the drift. I’m so disappointed with this app and I doubt I’d ever go back to PH but they were the only option for the Y F vaccine. I’d be happy to spend some time with the developers to give them detailed feedback as to how to improve this app and the web site.

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2022-03-20, version v2.62*

Downloaded app, but doesn’t work as advertised. Our city does not have passport health facilities, so you can’t add your own documentations without an actual copy your records. DON’T GET UNLESS YOU GO TO THEIR FACILITIES. Downloaded it and deleted it the same day.

### 1/5 — Health passport

*2022-01-13, version v2.56*

Worst app ever. No log in on site, just ads for their product. App offers almost nothing. Take a screen shot of your vaccines and never go back to this app again.

### 1/5 — Pretty Terrible App

*2021-11-27, version v2.56*

Doesn’t synch with existing account. Overall awful to use.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2021-11-17, version v2.56*

It is so confusing on how to information in and you still need to have proof of vaccination with you. Save your time and memory.

### 1/5 — Long time customer, no records.

*2021-09-20, version 2.47*

I’ve been a passport health customer for over ten years. Entering my identifying data didn’t show any of my vaccination history.

### 1/5 — Great service, what about Us?

*2021-08-01*

Hi, I love how your app works, would you be so kind to add little ‘ol New Zealand, please?
We don’t have community covid19, but we all aim to be vaccinated too

**Developer response:** Hi, are you asking to see if we can add the app to be available in New Zealand? Please reach out to us at app@passporthealthglobal.com so we can assist further. Thanks!

### 1/5 — The clowns are in charge

*2021-04-27, version 2.21*

Can’t get past the registration, complete waste of time and money. Don’t download

### 1/5 — Not what I thought

*2020-12-28, version 1.6*

I thought this was an app to store my info. It is. But only info from their providers. You can’t add info from other providers. What a shame as I was hoping to add info from a few years ago.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Uncovering eyebrow raising data security

*2025-07-02, version 4.19*

Uncovering eyebrow raising data security - consumer beware.

### 1/5 — Not up front with their charges

*2025-04-14, version 4.10*

Extremely disappointed for their lack of transparency regarding office visit costs and expensive fees. Don’t use these services if you’re expecting upfront disclosure and honest trade practices. The office fee is not obvious or easy to find and very high. $125. They only tell you they give you a $25 discount. We felt heated and abused by this tactic.

### 1/5 — Cannot log into app

*2024-12-01, version 4.10*

Website ask for email, birthday, and password to log in.
App only ask for email and password to log in and then will NOT log you in.

### 1/5 — Troubled App

*2024-06-14, version 3.96*

I hope the vaccines work better than this app. It will not accept the login password, either from a password manager or manually typed.
Password works fine in a browser. Other users report the same problem.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2024-06-01, version 3.96*

I can login via my laptop fine but the app doesn’t recognize my login information. Making it essentially useless.

### 1/5 — App does not sync with online data

*2024-01-28, version 3.96*

Filled out all my medical history online only to find out that the app does not sync with the info entered online. It only shows appointments. Useless really.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2023-11-26, version 3.94*

I can login online just fine, but for some reason neither my username nor password are recognized in the app. Very frustrating.

### 1/5 — Dark patterns

*2023-10-17, version 3.68*

I'd like to bring attention to a concerning practice I've observed with this travel vaccine company. After scheduling an appointment online, they warn customers about a cancellation fee if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours. However, the online platform does not provide an option for cancellation. Instead, one must call in to cancel.

Despite the modern convenience of online booking, it's perplexing and inconvenient to not have an online cancellation option. This setup inevitably pushes users closer to the 48-hour window, increasing the likelihood of incurring the cancellation fee. This seems like a "dark pattern", a design choice made to benefit the business at the expense of the user's experience and freedom.

Furthermore, when I called to address this, it felt like the customer service representatives were specifically trained to enforce the fee, regardless of the reasoning behind the cancellation.

It's disheartening to see such a large company, with over 270 locations, resort to such tactics. They have the resources to provide a seamless and fair experience for their customers but seem to have made a conscious choice not to.

I believe it's important for potential clients to be aware of this practice before deciding to book with them.

### 1/5 — Dark patterns

*2023-10-11*

Any company that allows you to schedule online and not cancel online is practicing a dark pattern. Passport health is a great example.

### 1/5 — This app does not work.

*2023-10-01, version 3.64*

Login function is not working. This is a non-starter.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Must have for travel

*2020-12-21, version 1.6*

Great to have my vaccine history and travel documents all in one place!

### 3/5 — Improvements needed

*2025-08-07, version 4.31*

The app is a good addition to the website, but there are two places that need help. First, after all the inoculations are added, they should automatically be ranked chronologically, with the newest first. Second, that list of inoculations should be easily accessible through a dedicated tab; the effort to go through multiple screens is not what the user should have to wade through.

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2025-08-25, version 4.31*

A few things right off the bat. The password area does not have the option to see it, or enter again for confirmation, so if there’s a typo, you’ll never know. Also, unless I missed it, I did not see a back button, so when I wanted to go back to add countries that I missed for my itinerary, I didn’t see a way to do that. If it’s there, it’s certainly not obvious. I assumed I could go back in and edit my itinerary later, but I don’t see a way to do that either. 👎🏻

### 2/5 — Buggy and hard to use

*2022-05-28, version v2.62*

Frequent crashes. Can’t use Face ID or save passwords to phone. Every time the app crashes you have to log in. Every time you close the app you have to log in.

Crashes when you try to add your appointment to your calendar.

Ascetically they did a reasonably nice job with the app, but it just does not function very well.
