Bolivia has been a full member of MERCOSUR since July 2024. Please update. **Developer response:** Thank you for flagging this! The update has now been applied, and the Bolivian passport is reflected under MERCOSUR. We appreciate your help in keeping the data accurate. Safe travels! ### 4/5 — I love this. But… *2025-12-16, version 1.18* I love this app, but I would love to see French Guyana actually be part of France and not be greyed out, and also there’s a bug preventing me to look at the countries at the bottom of the page in the southern hemisphere. ### 3/5 — Privacy? *2025-10-16, version 1.17* Some of the advertised features are not available unless you give them your phone number. And the App Store blurb says it collects contact data “not linked to you.”?!? Contact data for you is ALWAYS linked to you, obviously. And if it supports applying for a visa, then obviously that requires collecting data linked to you! ### 3/5 — Good idea, room for improvement? *2025-07-27, version 1.17* I personally found that the website is much better than the app, but I do like the features. It’s a very well-designed app, but using it on iPad isn’t the easiest. It’s quite difficult to set up a proper account and it may need some improvements in that case. Birmingham somehow comes up but not the capital city which is London. I saw someone else complaining about this in the reviews so please fix. ### 2/5 — It just seems to harvest data *2023-06-09, version 1.09* The app is very eager to collect your personal information but doesn’t provide much in exchange; there are much better options out there for keeping track of your travels. You can’t delete or modify anything you enter - even if you delete and redownload the the app, adding a country to the list of visited destinations requires including travel dates and there’s no integration with the website version. It’s moderately entertaining if you don’t personalize it but a quick Google search can provide you with the same exact information without cluttering your phone. Don’t bother. ### 4/5 — Nice app *2023-04-24, version 1.09* Pretty good app overall, but would be nice if you could also add passports like the British National (Overseas) passport or other less conventional ones that are still used by millions of people. ### 2/5 — Passport scan *2023-01-06, version 1.09* No way am I scanning my passport on an unknown site ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-09-11, version 1.17* These people have never traveled anywhere because they have no clue of what they are doing. ### 1/5 — Full of mistakes *2025-01-14, version 1.16* Despite the fact that the App looks appealing, it’s full of mistakes: 1) there’re many mistakes, or out of date data concerning visa requirements and e-visas. 2) doesn’t take into consideration the country of residence, that impacts the requirements. 3) doesn’t take into consideration the currently held visas, which changes many countries’ requirements. Add to the above, insisting on scanning the passport makes the App too fishy. Deleting the App, and moving on. ### 1/5 — Full of misleading info! *2024-03-12, version 1.15* For example the new list of countries that have visa free access to Canada has not been updated almost one year after being announced. What kind of nonsense is that? I select the passport from the list, can’t take a picture because it’s zoomed so far by default and can’t zoom out so I put it manually, put in my phone number (from a country different from my passport country) and it adds the passport for the country the phone number belongs to - where I DONT have a passport. This app is useless. ### 1/5 — Passport Rank *2023-07-25, version 1.10* Wrong information with passport rank ### 1/5 — Not useful for research *2023-02-18, version 1.09* You can’t use this like their website for researching ideas for flag theory. the only way to really use it is to give them all of your information and then just use the perspective of your current passport. also when you compare passports it doesn’t show you how many days it’s VisaFree. Overall clunky and not useful especially if you don’t need to be giving out your personal information, so kind of useless. Their website is great though. I really like the improve function where you can add possible citizenship by investment countries to your current passport. that should also be on the app but wasn’t. disappointed but no biggie ### 1/5 — Data won’t be deleted *2020-12-31, version 1.06* Trying to delete my profile and start over again as I made a spelling mistake on my name - but the app won’t let me do that. Delating the app didn’t also help. ### 2/5 — Out of date, misleading *2025-10-16, version 1.17* Information on visa requirements is not updated and travelers can easily be misled by this app. For example, it is still showing visa-free travel to Brazil for US and Canada passport holders, which has not been the case for quite some time now. ### 2/5 — Not up to date *2024-11-27, version 1.16* The information on the app is not as up to date as the passport index website. I use it at work all the time and it is shockingly accurate throughout. Never thought a nongovernmental app could be this reliable. ### 5/5 — Great app *2023-03-05, version 1.09* This app, I think, is amazing tool. It clearly shows what you need but I wanted to ask the developers if they can introduce the editing option of your passport mobility. For instance, I have a service passport and it is open to more countries than the corresponding ordinary passport of my home country. Certainly, it would be a lot of work to add diplomatic, service and special passports to the system, but if the possibility of editing is open to add additional countries that you can visit with you non-ordinary passport, it would be great. ### 5/5 — Extremely Useful. *2023-01-26, version 1.09* Amazing app, easy to use and understand.
