The app doesn’t accept a new photo or any existing photos. It always says something is wrong. No matter what you do it doesn’t accept which leads me to think this may be fraud.

Errored five times after taking photo. Vague wording like something went wrong so I have no idea where to even start to correct it. Will request a refund.
