## What is Passport Mobile?

The Passport Mobile app is the on-the-go resource for your Passport membership! Browse participating locations, discover great new offers and categories, or use the newly-improved category, filter and search options to find just what you're looking for. Switch to map view to browse the discounts nearest to you or in proximity to your destination. 

Also included are a number of features tailored to your specific Passport membership: quick access to your favorites, curated notifications based on your interests, mobile redemption options and the ability to manage account and gift card inventory!

Note: The Passport Mobile app requires that you sign in using a current Passport membership. You must have a card displaying the Passport Dining, Passport Corporate or Passport Lifestyle program logo (or be a registered Mobile card member) in order redeem the offers listed in this app.

I had purchased movie tickets through this app. I tried to redeem them for a movie and wasn’t able to. Contacted support which told me to put in a ticket. After a few days the response on the ticket was denied. Instead of saving a few bucks on a movie ticket I ended up buying double the amount. These guys are a scam.

Fantastic discounts on a wide variety of services, entertainment and dining options! Have been using regularly for the past couple of years and have especially used it to try out new restaurants and shows/venues. Easy to use. Just have to remember to review the specific rules of the offers that apply, especially definitions of holidays, restricted dates or items. Mine includes the ability to have family members sign up as well. Definitely worth using!

Followed instructions, downloaded, signed in with fastbreak number and email.  All I get is “error, try again later”.  I gave up trying.

This app normally works okay but since the update last week, it crashes every time I search for something. I have to manually type in the entire name and can’t select anything from the auto-populating drop-down menu or it crashes. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still have the same problem.
