DO NOT USE. *2026-05-03, version 1.98* This is a scam of a service. I’ve given you multiple chances to make this right. It shouldn’t take me six weeks to get my passport photos, especially not if I’m paying for expedited service. I was told this was shipped three separate time. ### 1/5 — Submission didn’t go through, have to redo *2025-07-15, version 1.94 Ready for sale* Did my makeup, hair, set up lights and had someone come over to capture the photo for me only for the submission to never go through, it should at least save a copy of the photo when you take it on the app. Huge waste of time ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-02-05, version 1.94 Ready for sale* Lighting in the printed version is completely different than what was submitted.
