But now turns out I’ve been charged by PayPal 3 times so have paid 15 pounds and still have no photo code. Should most certainly be able to submit photo again for free if photo is not good enough. Easy to use and does exactly what it says in the description. Photo was super easy to do and submit. The unique code came back with digital photo as expected, even on a weekend. The hard copy arrived in the mail a few days later, but quicker than expected for international post. All accepted by British Passport office. I am so happy I did go with this app. Thank you.
