Used this app to take passport photos of my 5 yo and the photos were rejected. Ended up going to a photo booth to get them done and I realised it was cheaper to go there! After paying for the photo found out I would need to take it to Walgreens to have it printed out. Totally takes away from being a convenient app. I planned to print it at home. Charged me 7$ and while sending it to Walgreens I had to pay additional 14$. Why not just take a picture with your phone and send it to the store and have them edit. Fraud. ### 1/5 — Do not use *2017-06-10* Took the photos. Looked great. Paid the $21 to keep 3 photos and took them to Walgreens to get printed and they couldn't print a 2" x 2" photo. Printed a wallet and they trimmed it. Took them to send in passports and they wouldn't take it. Ended up have to pay $40 at Walgreens to get the photos taken the right way. This app is impressive.. it uses biometrics to make sure your photos meets the requirements for the country you need. This was just what I was looking for because I had a photo taken at a passport photo shop and the passport agency rejected it. This app give you a check list that shows you if your photo is compliant! AWESOME.. Thank you again **Developer response:** It's never fun when the passport agency denies your photo with our application your chances of passport acceptance go up significantly. ### 5/5 — So convenient *2017-07-27, version 1.07* I love this app. I delayed renewing my passport as I didn't have time to go to a photo booth to have my photo taken. This app allows you to take as many pictures necessary until you're content with your photo which is important as you'll be stuck with it for several years. Once done, you pay for it and have the photo ready to upload for online passport applications. Brilliant! ### 5/5 — Best way to print 6 photos on a 4x6 print *2017-06-14* Good app, easy to use. I used the app twice now and it successfully printed New Zealand sized photos and China visa photos. You have to print through the app after you save your photos and it printed on a 4x6 perfectly. Just make sure you have good photo quality paper or print at a real store. I don't think you can print using regular paper. Good app. Very easy. ### 2/5 — App got requirements wrong *2019-09-12* My first complaint is that once I took a photo on the app, the app would show me only a tiny thumbnail of the photo. There was no way to see the photo full screen, which made choosing a photo difficult. My second complaint is that the app charges $6.99 for the digital file of each photo. It doesn’t help you print at all. My third complaint is that the app got the requirements wrong! In all my photos through the app, my head is much too small, and the government rejected the photos. I was using the photo for Austria, which says the photo has to be 45 mm tall, with the head taking up at least 39 mm. The app made my head barely half the height of the photo (23 ish mm). A waste of time and money! ### 2/5 — File size fail *2017-09-19, version 1.08* After being happy with everything in the app right through to the purchase, my passport photo was rejected by nz passport office as the file size wasn't big enough.
