You pay £4.99 per photo and it isn’t accepted by the passport agency. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! **Developer response:** We're really sorry to hear about your experience! Photo was rejected each time I’ve tried to take the photo again and again the photo is not cut in appropriate way. They cut one shoulder which should be visible… so photo is rejected !! I don’t not recommend !! Waste of money.. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. It seems that your clothing was similar to the background, which caused our background removal algorithm to mistakenly remove part of your shoulder. Please rest assured that our tech team has been working hard to improve this, and we've recently upgraded the system to work at a pixel level for even greater accuracy.
