It’s incredibly slow, constantly lags, and often becomes completely unresponsive. Basic features like dropdown menus frequently don’t work, making even simple tasks unnecessarily difficult. To make matters worse, the app regularly displays “Server is down” errors, forcing users to try again and again. Unfortunately, the website isn’t any better—it suffers from the same sluggish performance and unresponsiveness. This is a national passport service backed by the government. Citizens expect a reliable, stable, and efficient digital service, especially for something as important as passport applications.
