The poorest app experience - it just simply never works and doesn’t allow to load the balance

Slow, clunky, unreliable, weird…. Very poor programming !

This app is shockingly poor. Filled with bug. Unacceptable for such an expensive insurance product. Specific examples include the slow transitions, regular crashes, and the inability to upload images consistently.

Absolut Mangehafte User Experience. Chat wird nicht beantwortet; Telefonnummern sind falsch; eingereichte Rechnubgen stehen auf abgerechnet obwohl noch in Bearbeitung; grauenhafte Ladezeiten - falls man nicht mittendrin rausgeschmissen wird und von vorne Anfangen darf. 

Aufladung der Karte führt meist zu „rufen sie uns an“ - kein Rückrufangebot. 

USA Karte in der App enthält andere Daten als die physische; Ärzte und Apotheken sammeln sich die Daten mühsam zusammen und man kann nur hoffen keine Rechnung zugeschickt zu bekommen. 

Rechnungsupload funktioniert (wow, da muss man wohl dankbar für sein) - allerdings kann man diese nicht als Rechnung deklarieren, da hilft nur alles im Auswahlmenü anzuklicken und die Leute bei Passport Card werden schon erkennen wie der Beleg zu nutzen ist.
