I installed and paid for a years membership for this but after month I couldn’t log in. I reached out for help and the developer told me a bug fix was out and the problem should be solved. I tried again and it still didn’t work so I asked for a refund to which I’ve had no reply and still can’t log in.

**Developer response:** Hi, I’m sorry for the frustrating experience. As mentioned in my email, PassportPal doesn’t use a traditional login system, so Premium access is managed through your App Store subscription.

Please try Settings → PRO → Restore to reconnect your purchase.

If you’d prefer a refund, Apple handles App Store subscription refunds directly through "report a problem" page.

I like the design and how easy it is to navigate in the app.

Pretty cool that you can import all visits from photos.
